I went there got food manger was so rude yelling at workers and makeing racist remarks and she also spits in the food I also seen her using left overs and she steals from the tip jar she should be fired the manger is a horrible person I have reported her many times they need to fire her

Unprofessional, discurteous, and poorly organized. A reservation for 20 people for a birthday party confirmed 3 times for 7:30 last evening was made to wait outside for 45 minutes due to disorganization. When guests arrived they were told by the hostess "wait outside there is no room in the restaurant, go wait in your car and we will call you when there is room."Guests were made to feel that they were imposing on the waitstaff for arriving on time, guests were made to feel rushed, orders were forgotten(guests had to ask the hostess where their food was and were told "oh we forgot it in the kitchen"). Management never came to check how the evening was and the evening was handled unprofessionally.It was only at the end of the evening when I asked to speak with the owner was our issue only slightly addressed. The owner's response was "I don't know what your bill total is and I don't know how you expect me to compensate you". After lengthy conversation that felt like it was going in circles and where i was made to feel as if our concerns were exaggerated, was a bottle wine was finally taken off the bill as "compensation". After the owner heard various guests complain about the treatment we received did she handover a gift certificate to say "hope to have you back here next time for a bottle of wine"...The evening was rushed by staff and guests felt as if they were being pushed out. Guests had leave as soon as their food arrived and had to take their food home due to the delay in service and being seated in a timely manner. It is understood that a "reservation" is to hold a spot for guests, a 10 minute wait would have been understandable,45 minutes with no phone call is unacceptable. The concerns of the staff were to set up for a party the following day as opposed to servicing the party present last evening.I would not recommend any party's to be organized at this establishment. After positive recommendations to dine at this restaurant, their positive reputation does not preceed them.
