Thank you to the Supervisor working tonight. There was an issue with my order and he made it right. It's refreshing how he displayed the value of customer service in front of his staff. I hope they learned that even though they are working for minimum wage that it is important to take care of their customers in a customer facing position. Thank you again!

Food is always great but service here was terrible. They didn’t fully listen to my order or even clarify then tried to blame me for the problem… tried to make me pay for the mistake and also 2 of the 3 employees made me feel stupid and are looking at me like I have 3 heads. Not that serious but if you don’t want to be pleasant find a job outside of customer service.

The gal with the blue hair and the manager were amazing, super friendly and exceeded my expectations. The entire restaurant, including the restrooms, were much cleaner than I’ve seen in most public places. The whole team dynamic, laughter, and the entire atmosphere were phenomenal. Out of the 3 local (Windsor) locations this one is by far the best!!! I’ll definitely be returning and sending everybody I know to this Pita Pit!!!
