I've ordered catering from this location several times and their service has been really good! They are always on time, and food has been amazing. They have also added few free cookies and chips to my order as a thank you. Great service, great people, great food!

**cross contamination seen here** Food is good and I appreciate that they have a seperate cooking section for vegetarian/vegan. I just dont like that the same gloves are being used to pick up meat and veggies that go onto the grill. Lots of cross contamination that way. Should have better practices

Best service I’ve ever received at any Pita Pit. We didn’t catch his name but whoever was working the late (after 11pm) shift tonight was extremely knowledgeable about allergies - cleaned the grill, pulled fresh toppings to prevent cross contamination and educated us about toasting procedures while avoiding allergens. Thank you, thank you, thank you. This experience has made eating out with an allergy much less stressful.

My first time ever at Pita Pit and I asked the staff (Tam) attending to me, for a recommendation on their Wow Wednesday specials and I got the best service. Tam prepared a well seasoned Philly Steak Pita while being friendly and warm. The other staff present were equally as nice and helpful. Nice spot!!!

A while ago, I attempted to order from a different location in Windsor and almost stopped going to Pita Pit altogether but after I started ordering from the Howard Ave location, I have never had a bad experience. Each time I enter, all of the employees' customer service is excellent.

Dharmik and Meena are AMAZING!! Hands down the best Pita Pit around! The staff are always friendly and quick, and they actually take the time to make your order exactly how you like it. Everything’s always fresh, the veggies are crisp, the meat’s perfectly cooked, and the pitas never fall apart. You can tell they care about quality and service. Whether it’s lunch on the go or a late-night stop, they never miss. Easily my go-to spot when I’m craving something fresh and filling. Highly recommend!

The Pita Pit on Howard is a hidden gem . The Food, Service and atmosphere are excellent. Special shout out to the amazing staff Dhrumil, Tam & Maria for all their efforts.
