**Absolutely the Best Pizza in Town!**
Pizza Depot is hands down my favorite spot for pizza – I've been a regular customer for years, and it never disappoints! The crust is perfectly crispy yet chewy, the sauce is rich and flavorful with just the right tang, and they load it up with generous portions of fresh toppings and gooey cheese. Whether I'm grabbing a classic pepperoni or trying one of their specialty pies like the supreme or BBQ chicken, every bite is pure perfection.

The staff is always super friendly and welcoming, the place is clean and cozy, and the service is quick whether you're dining in, taking out, or getting delivery. Great value for the quality too – you get a ton of food without breaking the bank.

Absolutely horrible. This was one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. I clearly wrote in the notes that the pizza must be spicy, yet it arrived with no spice at all — completely bland and flavourless.
The toppings were barely there, and some that I specifically selected were missing, including coriander. On top of that, the pizza arrived cold, which just shows a total lack of care.
There was no sauce taste, no cheese flavour, no topping flavour — just plain, dry bread. It honestly felt like I was chewing on baked dough with nothing on it. Calling this pizza is an insult to pizza.
If you can’t follow basic instructions, can’t include paid toppings, and send out cold, tasteless food, you shouldn’t be in the food business. Complete waste of money. I will never order from Pizza Depot again and strongly advise others to avoid it

The pizza was over a hour late. When I called the guy could barely put in the effort to speak to me. Said driver left 10 mins ago. When the pizza arrived it clearly had been sitting. The cheese was solid. The crust was so hard you bit into it and it shattered. Wrong toppings on it. I even sent in a email with pictures and heard nothing back from corporate. It literally was the worst pizza I had ever eaten

For me if there is an best pizza in whole world that will be pizza depot pizza with creamy garlic base. The dough has some magic, it is so soft and perfect baked with mild roasted colour.
But now a days, I have no idea why this is happening. Whenever I ordered pizza it’s always burned and so dry to eat. For looks, I can easily tell its burnt.

Recent experience 2 weeks ago, I ordered pizza which is missing garlic dipping but when I contacted the store, they said that they will add the dipping to the next order. Then I made my 2nd order and after that they said they don't have single clue. Customer service is zero. Taking feedback is very crucial for store to run and implement But the actions are not being taken due to this more customers will attract to another franchise or stores which gives attention and good atmosphere with good conversation skills.
