Sunday November 26 a large pizza was delivered and all three of use were surprised to find the pizza dried out over cooked. We had to order a pizza from another company. 10 years of ordering and never was ever discussed.Vegetarian options: Mushroom red pepper.
I come here all the time from my way home from work for a personal pizza and I couldn’t be more satisfied every time. The service is really great here, one lady even helped me get a free pizza using from these emails I was previously ignoring. I haven’t tried the other food but I certainly recommend ordering a pizza from this location!

I'm am so happy this park is so close to our house. I never regret to moved here in Windsor from Toronto. This park is amazing. Running every morning for 6 kilometers. Enjoying the place.

Found the new sign of them selling the meltz and ordered for pick up. Had meltz in Taco Bell version however this looks simple and tastes much betterBread sticks are fresh and yummy, however it looked pricy all togetherWould recommend with my chicken lovers rather this from here for value based food

I've always liked Pizza Hut but it's gotten very expensive. The caesar salad portion was very small for a large. The crutons were not good at all. The Melts were good but much smaller than expected. They should come with 2 dips because the containers come half full. They have a nice flavour and crunch.

Avoid going there guys, the desk lady with fake eyelashes treats costumers like her ex-husband, so rude and unprofessional.Parking: Parking is okay though

My family and I are proud pizza-hut consumers, as we love their pan pizza’s. However, since the new location has opened, quality has declined significantly! Tonight, we ordered the personal boxes, a pizza, wings and things, as well as cheese pull-a-parts. We received our order and first noticed the lack of fries. Usually, when you order items for 20 ish dollars, you’d expect there to be a normal amount of fries. To our surprise, the boxes were barely filled! They essentially just covered the bottom layer of the box and called it a day there… Meanwhile, boneless bites were swimming in sauce and they had forgotten our cheese pull-a-part bread. We called to inquire about our cheese bread, and were greeted to a fairly polite employee (a great thing). They said they would deliver it in 20-30 min (got to us in 20). Excited about this, we dug in… Just to find that the cheese bread is underbaked and half inedible. At this point, we were stressed about the situation and just called it for the night. After all, quality has really gone down since the relocation. Not sure if we’d order or visit again seeing that there were so many issues with ordering 4 items…

Management is Disrespectful and Rude! A Busy Friday Night is No reason to be Disrespectful to a customer who is simply calling to inquire about money that an employee assured them the night before would be returned within 24hrs because they were charged 2x and this is an on going issue the restaurant is well aware of when people originally try to pay online....P.SI wasn't talking over you!Was simply trying to get a word in But it's clear you have no idea what is going on in your store or with your ordering system!Maybe the Employee I spoke to on Thursday Night after ordering and being charged 2x should be Promoted to Management because they seemed to be more aware of the issues you claimed to have no idea about...They may have been wrong about the refund time and process but that's an Incorrect Mistake because at least they were aware that the issue I experienced was an ongoing problem with the online ordering system and they talked to me Calming and with Respect unlike the last on Friday night who claimed to be Management !Also F.Y.I. ... EVERY Pizza Restaurant in the World is Busy on a Friday Night!!You're NOT Special!!Gives you no right to Disrespect customer who were ripped off the night before!!
