Trash food quality, I paid 28 bucks for a large pizza and a drink, my drink was missing, and the pizza dough was not even cooked properly for half of the pizza, it was super sticky and doughy. Overall, worst pizza I've had in windsor, do not reccomend, if you want pizza hut id advise go to another location this location has trash quality pizza. 0/10

I order for pick up. I went there and one lady was there ordering her food. I had to wait for 12 minutes to get my food that I ordered for Pick up. It takes them 15 minutes to prepare the pizza and 12 minutes to give me my pizza? Why don’t you have a pick up counter like other places? Why do I have to wait for the food that I already ordered and that is ready for pick up? It doesn’t make sense right? Improve and organize your restaurant better. No sense of customer service at all.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! The pizza is phenomenal — perfectly crisp crust, flavorful sauce, and fresh toppings that make every bite incredible. You can really tell they care about quality here. On top of that, the service is just as impressive. Tyler and Tom are absolute stars — super friendly, attentive, and always go above and beyond to make sure everything’s perfect. They make you feel genuinely welcome every time you walk in.
