I ordered the pizza. They took 1 hour to make it and they were still wrapping up order after estimated arrival time and i waited for another 35 min to wrap up. At the end, they didn’t made my order and cancelled order, which was unacceptable. This is one is highly disappointing service from your store. Please take some initiative step for good service.

Second time in a row I ordered and they don't bring me napkins. I asked for app napkins. They ask when you're ordering whether you want napkins and I do want napkins and I don't have any and I only have a bit of Kleenex to wipe my hands. It's very uncool to sell people greasy food that they eat with their hands and not give them napkins even when they ask for them. Oh also the driver didn't know he was supposed to go to the back door and that wasted some time and caused a little bit of discomfort for me this happens a lot they just don't look at the notes.
