Have been ordering from this location off and on for about 10 years! It has never been great but 2 weeks ago when I visited I was appalled at the fact that my order said it was ready for pickup and when I arrived they hadn’t put it in yet! Took an HOUR! There is no customer service here and they barely speak English! They don’t honour 60 minute or free anymore! I won’t be back and will tell everyone I know to check dominoes! They never have an issue!

Slow as hell, just giving people random orders, guy next to me has been waiting twice as long as I have, and I've been here 40 minutes. Do yourself a favor and order from literally any of the other pizza places around, there's like 10 within 5 minutes. Second time this has happened at this location. Just keep giving customers random excuses, definitely a staffing problem. Asked if I can just cancel it and they won't let me lol.

Worst customer service ever. The food is never ready when they say and all of the employees are lazy and rude. Whenever I mention the poor service I'm told sorry it won't happen again. It happens every time. I am done with this place. I gave them multiple chances over 2 years to fix the problems. Nothing ever changed. If you are in Windsor and want pizza there are a lot of great places. I suggest nobody ever order from this terrible company.
(UPDATE) Already spoke with customer service. They were very clear they don't care a have no intention of doing anything. This isn't my first complaint. I'm told the same thing every time, "It won't happen again". I've been patient for 2 years. Nothing has changed. A free pizza won't fix this garbage service.

Will never eat pizza pizza again i ordered a 4 topping pizza online i picked it up got home opened pizza box to a cheese but paid for a 4 topping pizza want back they did not rectify the problem i left the cheese pizza i never ordered but paid for and left i will never eat there again to bad Favorite garlic dip is from there even eat nasty pizza 73 in Calgary just for the garlic dip I will never eat pizza pizza in ontario again Why would I order a four topping pizza and put only cheese on it ontario pizza is poop but the garlic dip is next level by the way i live in the pizza capital of canada windsor ontario Even though most people in Windsor Ontario. Don't order from you guys because you don't shred pepperoni out here like every other pizza place. I don't eat pork I like the plant based pepperoni i will just be going for halal places from now on %100 going for 10 dollar little caesars pizza for now on nit a 20 dollar cheese fren pizza pizza

I came with my wife from shopping at the Wallmart in Tecumseh, we traveled by bus because we have just arrived from Colombia, we thought the pizza would be ready like in Litter Caesar, it was our mistake, after paying they told my wife It took 20 minutes, we missed a bus, it was already dark around 7:20 pm, we had to wait 20 minutes, I told my wife to ask why the other bus was going to pass, and when she asked, she didn't even know why. They had not even started to make the pizza, the worst of all is that they delivered an order to other people who arrived after my wife. I don't want to think that because we are Latin the attention was so bad, in short we missed the other bus, we had I had to wait 50 more minutes to take the bus due to the poor service, the worst thing was that I had to get home to heat the pizza, a terrible experience.

Just Horrible! 25 minutes for a small plain cheese pizza just disgusting. I recommend the pizza - from Tim Hortons. Way better service, way better experience.
I usually like pizza pizza but today they got my order wrong. I ordered half pepperoni, green peppers,mushrooms, and olives the other half pineapple and ham and they mixed it all together. Also for a pizza with so many toppings it tasted very bland.
Also they were past the 60 minute mark

Ordered online drove all the way here for them to tell me the customer ahead of me took them. Um excuse me? I ordered online those were my pizzas!! So now here I sit for another 20mins waiting for pizza when I should be on my way home to feed my kids!
