Over an hour and a half for my pizza , customer service was rude and claiming I agreed to wave my time garentee when I did not and was hung up on twice when I asked to speak to a manager. Ive also been told from in store employees they dont recieve thier tips when paying at thr store.
Used to be a loyal customer to this location but after this I wont be. Im willing to bet they never even issued my refund after canceling it either. Poor and dishonest location and franchise in my opinion.

This Pizza Pizza location was honestly gross. The employee was sweeping the floor, then went straight to making food without washing her hands or wearing gloves. She was also on the phone the whole time while touching everything — super unhygienic.
I was planning to dine in at first, but the place looked so dirty I decided to just take my food to go. Waited around 20–25 minutes for my order, and after seeing how it was made, I lost my appetite. Took one bite and ended up throwing it out.
Definitely not coming back here. They really need to clean the place and train their staff on basic hygiene.

ordered the last 2 nights off uber eats just to wait an hour and a half for them to cancel my order, if your not taking orders remove yourself from the app or set it so your not on it and stop wasting peoples time, will never be back or placing another order i hope this place goes bankrupt

This location is dirty! The employees don’t wash their hands. I was waiting 30 minutes for my pizza and they left the frozen items (fries, wings etc) on the deep fryer for the entire time! The area was hot and thawed those items! I asked him if those thawed items were going to be refrozen he said yes! He said it was so busy that he didn’t get a chance to put them back but as I said I waited for my pizza 30 minutes (they had to remake it) and the entire time there was 2 customers. The store was not busy. He was just going in the back to talk to the other employee. There are pizza toppings on the floor and ants all over it. So gross!!! He was making pizza and sniffling and his nose was dripping on the pizza. Never ever ever order from here. If management sees this, and they think this is a lie, please look at your camera footage this was yesterday at 7:40pm. I will also attach photographs. I threw my pizza in the garbage. I agree with the other comment stating this location is dirty and employees don’t wash their hands. The pictures are of frozen items just sitting there with no employee is in sight (talking and scrolling through their phones in the back), ants on the floor. He also brought the container of the thawed wings and was touching it with bare hands asking me to touch it to prove that some of them are still cold lol.
Ordered a large pizza, 2 small and some sides on uber eats at around 11:30pm and the entire order was messed up. The large pizza never showed up and the 2 small pizzas were burnt to a crisp. Not to mention it took OVER AN HOUR to get prepared and arrive. Not sure what they were doing for an hour just to not even deliver the large pizza... Thoroughly disappointed and will never order from this location again!

Have been ordering from this location off and on for about 10 years! It has never been great but 2 weeks ago when I visited I was appalled at the fact that my order said it was ready for pickup and when I arrived they hadn’t put it in yet! Took an HOUR! There is no customer service here and they barely speak English! They don’t honour 60 minute or free anymore! I won’t be back and will tell everyone I know to check dominoes! They never have an issue!
