i just called at the pizza pizza store for got information about my order details but somebody pick up my call and when i asked about my order he did not give me clear answer and cut the phone without telling any information, It was very disrespectful.

Our whole work group has become huge fans of her pizza because it honestly tastes different when she makes it. There’s a special touch, almost like magic in her hands, that makes every slice perfect – from the way it’s baked to the way it’s topped. You can truly feel the love and care she puts into preparing the food. We’ve tried pizza from many places, but nothing compares to the flavor and quality she delivers. Decent pizza and very reasonable prices compared to other companies. My only complaint is that you cannot reach this branch by phone directly. I called the phone number provided on Google maps and i was just redirected to their customer service department in Toronto. Otherwise, we enjoyed the pizza. It was made fresh and worth the price paid and wait time.

Been going here for the past year, know the employees (Sujan and Nimesh) on a first name basis, they always get my order right and are very friendly. Pizza Pizza can be great when it's made like a Mom and Pop pizzeria, if you want your order made well with good customer service this is a 10/10 location.

I visited this branch last Saturday night and had a very disappointing experience. I was waiting in line for around 10 minutes even though one girl staff member was sitting and talking with someone outside of the seating area instead of helping customers. Another staff member was busy making pizzas, and only after he finished did he finally take my order.
What bothered me most was that girl staff member continued sitting and talking with her friend the entire time I was there, even while customers were waiting. This kind of behavior shows a lack of professionalism and care for customers. I hope management addresses this issue, as it really affects the dine in experience.
