We got a $100 dollar order three large pizzas 2 panzerottis lg size the pizza was good like normal the panzerottis had raw dough and were very watery and didnt taste good and made my boyfriends stomach hurt and they put the wrong toppings in after telling us over the phone what we asked for i usually love this place today was a turn off

I am so impressed with this restaurant. My wife and I just ordered the pizza and wing special for the second time because the first order was amazing and I fell in love with their wings, but this second order was where I was really impressed because of how they made it right. They accidentally forgot my wings so I called them and the guy on the phone immediately and without hesitation offered to bring them over and said he was sorry. Within 30 mins I had my wings and I am just so impressed. I have worked in the food industry so I get it, accidents happen, but how you make it right is what makes or breaks a business and these guys went above and beyond making me a customer for life going forward
Aside from great customer service, the food is great! I love their pizza, the crust isn't too thick and they don't skimp on toppings, but the wings are to die for! I am obsessed. I am a wing connoisseur of sorts. I order wings every week and my usual spot was closed so I found these guys last time and I loved their wings so much that I asked the wife if we could order them for my birthday which we did just now. The wing sauce is amazing and they are cooked perfectly, I love them.
All in all I highly recommend this place if not just for the food but the low prices and customer service. I will be back, maybe in person next time. Thank you guys for making it right I really appreciate it!

u order for pickup and they say 15 mins but when u arrive they jus putting pizza in oven. this happen 2nd time.

It took well over an hour to have an order of chicken nuggets, and a panzerotti delivered to my house. I live just down the street. When I got my food the nuggets were still frozen, my panzerotti alarmingly tasted like cleaning products, and the marinara sauce for my panzo was easily one teaspoon of marina and the rest of the portion cup filled with water. I knew that ordering from Pizza Plus was a bad idea to begin with, but WOW. I honestly don't know how they're actually still open, or even allowed to be for that matter. I've never had a good experience with Pizza Plus and after last night will NEVER order from there again.
*update* It took them SEVEN years to finally reply. Don’t worry I still have not, and will never order from there again.
