The reason we keep coming to the Pomegranate is not only the delicious tasting food but more so the impeccable service.
The warm welcoming greeting when you come in. The attention and care when you call for pick up. Im talking about the authentic care for their customers that nowadays seem to be dwindling.
Thank you for the service. We are loyal customers.

Ordered for New Year's Eve. Ordered a 1pm for pickup when ready between 7pm and 9pm. Called at about 8pm to come pickup. Food was cold. Portions were small. Beef and pea pods were almost all pods, very few pieces of beef. Egg Foo Young is usually 3 layers but was only 2. Breaded chicken was almost half order from last time we ordered. We believe we ordered a fried rice, because it was written on the paper of our food choices, but got no fried rice. Couldn't call them to complain because we got no receipt of our order to double check or before. Egg rolls were half the size than our last time ordering, which wasn't long ago. Did I mention it was cold? We only live around the corner, so it wasn't because of travel time or weather. We will be looking for a new place. 😪

The food and service at this place is amazing! I grew up on St.Paul and I ate Pomegranate all the time growing up. 20 years later and they are just as amazing. Still the same familiar faces working it from when I was younger. The food is incredible quality, and very fast. The service was amazing, they're super nice and friendly. I recently moved back to the neighborhood after 20 years, and it was really nice to come back to this place to eat. I love Chinese food, and this place is definitely in the top 2 of best Chinese places in Windsor. If you want some of our cities best Chinese food, this is the place to go!

Dumplings had little to no meat. Rice was uncooked and crunchy. Beef no taste.
Excellent Chinese food at great prices. This is a family owned restaurant who treat their customers like their own family. I came here from Toronto for work twice over the last few months, and will always dine here when I’m in Windsor.

Me and my sister decided to order from here because we use to order here a while back and loved the food. We haven’t ordered from there for a long time. We decided to order from there today and we were extremely disappointed with the poor quality of food. You can tell the food was not fresh at all. It seemed to have been sitting there for a while. Didn’t come with a lot of chicken or beef in the vegetable mix dish and seems they’re getting cheaper with there smaller containers but, yet the price keeps getting higher. On top of that I asked for a chicken chow mien and we received a bean sprout dish. When I called to let them know, they brought a chicken chow mien that we waited an extra 45 mins for and took back the bean sprouts. Not good customer service at all. The chicken chow mien we ended up throwing in the garbage because it was disgusting and not what chicken chow mien is. I paid $130 for this meal and even left a 10% tip.
And this is what we received. So disappointing. We will never order from here again.

Had a Gals party last night and the food I preordered was delivered right on time…we all enjoyed our meal…and the special touch of providing placemats, chopsticks and a lovely tray of cookies was the icing on the cake! Thank you …and I am sure you will be serving myself and my guests again real soon!

I am so confused with all the 5 star ratings on here. I just spent $200 on delivery and it was by far the worst Chinese food we have ever had. The chicken soo gai wasn’t edible it was so dried out. Chicken balls were the size of quarters. Bean sprouts noodles had so much salt they went uneaten as well (and we ordered 3 of them). I’m baffled really…. This is not good food at all
