The training of those employees here are getting terrible and worse day by day. First is Serve the customer a coffee with the whipping cream melt immediately, completely different from the picture. Secondly is when ordering from kiosk, he didnt even bother to take the straw for me, just put the cup there and get back to the kitchen with a nonchalant attitude. Does someone force these employees work here? Quit your job if you are not willing to work.

Im very disappointed, I went 30 minutes before close, when I went inside it was empty and the floor were mopped. I ordered a drink, went home and when I took a sip I noticed beans inside. I might of made the mistake of adding it on the kiose which I'll take accountability for. But after opening up my drink to remove the beans I notice a strawberry. I don't understand how this could of happened especially how empty the store was.

i’ve been coming to this location for many years never have I experienced this bad of a customer service. I’m really disappointed with the staff as they refuse to admit their mistakes and fix my order. I ordered tapioca they gave me the wrong type of Boba even though I paid for it and they said if they want me to change it, I have to pay a dollar. What kind of customer service is this? They just lost a valuable customer. do not recommend go to Lassale location as they are much friendlier and have a wider menu

Wow! This branch is amazing! I am beyond impressed! I'm from London and we spend way so much money on Boba many times a week. Our favorite boba store of course is Presotea cause we really like the quality. After visiting this branch in Windsor, it puts the Presotea stores in London to shame. For me this is the best Presotea I've ever experienced. Staff were friendly and worked very fast. They didn't skimp on toppings. Felt like I'm in Japan the way they handled my boba. The dining is large and spacious too. I would definitely come back again! 10/10

Enjoy the wide variety of choices here. Service is a little slow. Stood waiting for one of three girls to finish chatting and then had to call them over. I think they prefer you to use the self-serve kiosk. Clean, quiet sitting area for waiting or staying in. Street is super busy and hard to park. Prices at Presotea are at the upper end of all bubble tea franchises. Milk pudding tea and Sakura lychee tea to go.
Always sooo delicious! Super polite, pleasant, and helpful staff every time. My youngest daughter and I go there as a treat and are never disappointed!

Presotea is one of my favourite place and a go to when it comes to bubble tea. The staff is very friendly and polite. This location has ample of seating space inside and quite spacious. If you wish to grab a tea and work from there, it offers good working space. Interiors are also cozy and aesthetically pleasing. The location is pretty downtown and has street parking, which could be tricky to find spots at a busy hour. Tried their Taro and I recommend it if you are a Taro lover. I found it way delicious compared to other places in the city. Also tried their Pearl milk tea with boba and mochi. Gotta try their mochi one, I personally loved it. Their regular size is okay and their large is really large. I wish they come up with Small, Medium and Large for better prices. Definitely recommend it though it could be expensive compared to ChaTime. Support #local. 🙃🙂

Customer service also quality of their panda milk tea surely went down. Panda milk tea taste like water now and everytime I order they have to make a mistake, without a miss. I really hope they bring back the quality because truly it used to be amazing.
