The staff were excellent, and my whole family loved their bubble teas. I especially enjoyed my Taro milk slush, it was delicious! The only downside was the paper straws🤦🏻♂️ they just don’t hold up well. I really miss the classic plastic straws.

Replying to your comment there: it’s not about the extra 1 dollar, it’s about the way you’re talking to your customers. I do customer service and it’s definitely not the way we talk to our customers. You should maybe practice the way you should talk to your customer and serve with a smile not with an attitude. The coupon is not needed, and will not come there again. As well as I don’t recommend any one else to go there.

Visited the shop today and ordered a panda brown sugar milk tea. I specifically asked for no ice and the employee simply said that is not an option for this milk tea. I have visited other location (uni Windsor) and had absolutely no issue. Then to make it even worse, there was ICE in it. It is literally in the middle of January and I am not about to drink a cup of ice milk tea in -20 weather. I had to boil it my self, which just proves that nothing is wrong with heating it whatsoever.
I ordered a slushy drink, but it was watery, so I asked them to remake it. They used the same drink I returned, added a few cubes of slush, and then gave it back to me. The quality at this location is terrible. I’m not sure if reusing the same drink meets hygiene standards.

Been coming here for a while Find staff is not very friendly and mostly ignores everyone or rude Today two guys were working one was on duty and second was having lunch or dinner right there on dining chairs As we went to order he got up to serve and did not wash hands came to checkout counter to ask what I wanted to order after 5 seconds took a huge burp without any excuse or sowing any feelings of disrespect Maybe these things don’t bother everyone but hygiene and respect towards my food is super important to me Management please fix these errors

My wife ordered regular and I have large. We both ordered red bean for toppings. They came from the same pre-measured containers. With the difference in price. All I got was extra water and ice.
