Been going to Quesada for over 10 years, absolutely love the food but the issue is how it's ran and managed. Recently this location completely changed staff, you know the whole out of country worker program and then the service became soooo bad, they are extremely stingy with the toppings, continuously running out and not willing to make more, for example out of rice at 7pm, so sad I literally love the food but will stop going there now, if they are a Canadian company why are they not hiring Canadians?

I ordered a burrito bowl for takeout from Quesada, and it was amazing! Everything was incredibly fresh from the veggies to the toppings and the flavours were spot-on. The portion was generous, and the ingredients tasted just-prepared, not sitting around. Definitely one of the best burrito bowls I’ve had in a while. I’ll be ordering again for sure!

Went here Nov 18th at about 6pm. My meat and cheese burrito was poorly made and even when i asked for a little extra cheese he refused. Didn’t even put a full scoop of meat in it. Once I brought it home and opened it, it was pathetic. Won’t be back.

This company is a total RIP OFF. They nickle and dime you for EVERYTHING! Their food isn't authentic Mexican cuisine to begin with but the toppings are fresh. Last time my husband went in there for lunch he purchased a quesadilla for himself, small nachos with cheese, tomatoes and lettuce and one pop. His bill was over $30! He said they hardly put any cheese on the nachos and when he asked for more... OF COURSE there was a charge! When I opened the container to eat them it was MOSTLY all dry corn chips with lettuce and tomatoes. It was TERRIBLE! I threw them out. You can't enjoy a meal in this place unless your willing to be nickled and dimed into spending alot of money for just FAST FOOD! We won't be back..there are other Mexican restaurants to enjoy in Windsor Essex county that serve authentic cuisine and do not nickle and dime you like this place!
