The best Hard Tacos I have had in a long time! In my opinion the best in city ! But that’s because you make them the way you like! So if they’re not good partially yourself to blame lol Keep up great

Besides a tall 7 foot Indian customer being rude to me, there needs to be cleaning of the panini press. Front service guy needs a personality but nice. The counter looks like it needs to be refilled a tornado went through it must of had left overs as toppings. The rice is like a day old it's turn into a fossil. This used to good when it opened like all the restaurants and take outs on Dougall quality has took a nose dive as of late.

Placed an online order for a beef burrito and chips and queso - burrito had no beef and they gave me chips but no queso ? I went back to ask for my queso and for my burrito to be made with beef, the man working said he could only give me beef on the side, when I asked if could remake it he just said “I can’t, I know we made it wrong and it’s our fault but im just not allowed”. If this is true, I find it a bit absurd that a chain restaurant can’t fork out the extra product to remake an order that they made wrong in the first place. I wouldn’t typically leave a bad review, but I found the situation disappointing as the worker seemed annoyed with me and I was not satisfied with the service nor the food. If you’re looking to get any food, I would recommend any other place - and if you’re looking for Mexican cuisine, there’s plenty of other spots to visit nearby.

If you want high prices low quality food, and mediocre service, Quesada is the place.
Service was very friendly for our visit. Food was decent and sitting area was clean and appropriate. We were able to save the left overs.

I ordered two large burritos and a cookie from this restaurant, but the experience was disappointing. I specifically chose the option to exclude rice from my burritos, but they were still half-filled with rice, likely to skimp on other ingredients. The roasted veggies they used weren’t fresh either, which really affected the flavor. To top it off, the cookie I ordered was missing from my bag. Overall, a terrible experience. I definitely wouldn’t recommend ordering online from here.

If there is option for zero star i would go with zero, incorporative staff, i went there to pick uber order firstly they told me to wait 5 mins then after 15 mins they said order is not ready we forgot
