Quesada Burritos & Tacos

Tania is the worst worker I’ve ever seen. The undercooked the chicken and gave me so much attitude. One worker made a mistake and charged me for the wrong drink and she caused a scene out of it in front of me and my friend as a customer. She yelled at me like I’m not a paying customer. I’ve never had a problem with any quesada but this is actually the worst experience I’ve ever had at any food place.

Called to complain about the small and lacking amount I received when ordering online and ordering extra as well. The owner was nothing but rude from the beginning of the conversation. Won’t be returning to this location.

It took time that was beyond the count of clock. Just one regular Burrito take more than 2 hours .. that's seriously insane. Poor service

5 stars to the white guy typically wearing a chain.
When I walk in and see him I know the burrito is going to be consistently good. Seems to be one of the few who knows how to make sure a bite isnt all one topping.

I probably wont be returning ever, the service as we always start off was just ok, I mean it wasent bad but it could have been better. Their scoops are tiny, and I feel bad asking for more even if its free like rice or beans which tbh I dont even know if its free. For 12 bucks theyre burritos were tiny. The seating area was also kinda bland unlike other Mexican resteraunts ive been too. But I can forgive the cheapstake methods of the business, but they cheap out on the takeout container. Unlike every single buritto ive ever had (Even local places) quesada feels the need to cheap out on the takkeout container and use plastic instead of tinfoil. Completely ruined my lunch and left me dumbfounded as my burrito was ice cold after ten minutes. Not only that but I dont think the meat was hot to begin with it dident have any steam and the place was relatively cool for a hot food place.
