Horrible food, rice was dried out and undercooked, got no veggies on my roasted veggies burrito, no rice on my half rice half lettuce burrito bowl, which was only half full, messed up my whole order somehow, the food was worth less than the paper bag it came in, I've had good food from Quesada before, but this store is absolutely horrid

Went into this Location the other day. I’ve been to many of the Quesada in Windsor, but this one is by far the worst one. I came in and had a Buy one get one free coupon for classic burritos, and was just trying to ask if a certain kind of burrito would be eligible for the coupon. The worker didn’t understand what I was saying, because they didn’t even speak English. When getting toppings on my burrito, they put on the wrong salsa that I asked for because once again, they didn’t speak English. The problems didn’t end there though. Afterwards, when I went to cash out and pay using my BOGO free coupon, and the worker didn’t even know how to put it onto my order. So I had to try and explain to them how to do it several times. And then they ended up redeeming my points that I have been saving up instead of using the offer. So instead of me getting the buy one get one free, I got to pay full price for the burrito and then lost all 2000 of my points for the other one because whoever the training staff is doesn’t know how to train there employees, and also employ customers that don’t even speak the countries first language. WORST Quesada I’ve ever been to, Period.

Placed a scheduled order online almost 3 hours prior to pick up time and came in at that time and our order was not started. The wait was frustrating, and unfortunately, the staff didn’t offer any compensation for the delay. Then the manager came in to reprimand the only employee up front for a mistake made in customer service and was saying very loudly “you don’t make a scene” while making a scene in the store while us customers were present. The way she was talking to him was incredibly disrespectful and showcasing poor leadership characteristics. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional setting witnessed today.

Quesada never disappoints! Every time I visit, the place is clean, service is quick, and food tastes amazing. The ingredients are fresh, and the staff always make sure you’re happy with your order. Great spot for a healthy and filling meal!

What a blunder
I ordered food from them through mobile app, two small burritos (one veggie and one beans) . Both were filled with raw onions only it seems like someone just cut whole onion and put inside one burrito . Please do better, if you don’t have ingredients to make food so kindly close your place , don’t serve raw onions only instead of actual burritos.
Stop wasting others valuable money .

Extremely unserious restaurant. I ordered a halal chicken quesadilla and received it WITH pork. I ordered through uber eats and received 2 dollars back. Even the rat from ratatouille would make sure there was no pork.

I give this place a few years before it gets closed down.

First and last visit. Was craving fish tacos. Was told there would be a 10 minute wait. Cool. Tables were dirty while we waited. After my first bite, I felt that it tasted odd. Guess I am used to eating fresh perch tacos and not TILAPIA (ugh). Also, nearly $34 for two orders of 3 tacos each without sides or drinks is beyond me. Also, one worker was handling orders, cooking, phone calls and cash out.

Ordered tru uber twice and they put ground beef instead of chicken.... beware of buy one get on free.., once is a mistake, twice indicates they put what they have left in the night...also looks like a small not large... and don't ask me to complain at email...just a bot that takes information and no real response, refund, or replacement... read other reviews from other dissatisfied customers. Huron church location.
