Little backstory. Had them twice at Art In The Park. Was not particularly impressed. My wife suggests we get take out from their permanent location....wow! Had twice since, so worth it! It's unique, ingredient fresh, and honestly your taste buds will dance with excitement - if not, you just really shouldn't be eating food then lol. Try Rico Taco! No regrets!

Rico Taco has the best fish tacos I’ve ever had! The flavors are amazing, and everything tastes super fresh. The staff is really friendly and the owner is super nice. If you love the Mexican street corn “elote”, they just came out with a new menu item “elote en vaso” which is basically the same thing but in a cup!! Definitely worth a visit! :)

The birria tacos were delicious and the service fast. We sat inside near the bar which had a great atmosphere … I mean it’s a garage, but with pleasant bartenders, shelves of board games and a view of the outside. And on a hot Sunday afternoon, it was a great place to cool down.

My fish tacos were served as soon as I paid for them. It was really quick, and I was happy until I took my first bite. Apparently, it seemed like they gave me a pre-made fish taco, which came really dry and not hot enough. It also lacked flavors. My most recent experience with Rico Taco was extremely disappointing. It was so not worth my time.
It makes me really sad because I had such a positive experience with all of their tacos during the festivals earlier this year.

We’ve had Rico Taco a number of times but wanted to review for their catering service. We had them catered for our daughter’s first birthday and everything was so fresh, tasty, and well presented. Their communication from beginning to end was wonderful. They even added in a couple of things that the babies could eat free of charge which was so kind and thoughtful. Even despite going through a rough week with having their equipment stolen, they pulled through and made our experience seamless. I definitely recommend them for lunches, dinners and catering events!
