Road Chef went above and beyond for our wedding and the food was incredible.Nick was super accommodating, super kind and always looking out for us as his customers. The menu was challenging but he and his team took it head-on and absolutely knocked it out of the park! From everything he/the team made to the kind service from all his staff.Nick honestly made our wedding so special, gave us nothing to worry about and all of our friends/family can’t stop talking about the food 2 weeks later, including myself! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a catering company, I can’t say enough how great everything is from him and his team. (:

I planned a corporate event using Road Chef and was very impressed not only by the food, but by the service and the ability to work under pressure. Nick is very communicative and easy to work with, he makes sure that he provides all things necessary so that your event goes smoothly especially during these crazy COVID times. He managed to cater food for 3 different locations all on the same day at the same time, so great time management. I would highly recommend Road Chef for your next event! You will not be disappointed. Thank you for all of your hard work and delicious food!! :)

The Road Chef website says 100% client satisfaction but that was not the case for us.My husband and I chose Road Chef Catering for our wedding that was scheduled in September. It has taken me some time to post a review as we did not know how to approach the situation. We had to decrease our wedding guest count due to Covid and we were told that we would be charged extra for this (guest count went from 80 to 30). We were told that we could not be offered anything for our deposit we already provided ($1,400). We were told this money went towards rental equipment and to secure our date. When I asked for clarification on what the rental equipment was, I was not provided with any information. Later in conversation, we were told that we were offered gourmet sandwiches over the phone (we were not). However, we were already stressed and wanted this mess to be over with. We agreed to sandwiches but never received a response on selecting sandwiches/placing the order.We were also told that the menu could be revised but we were not given the opportunity to do so. I did not receive any contact for almost 2 months, until less than a week before our wedding when we were asked what we wanted for our menu. If you’re planning or have planned a wedding, I think you have an idea of how stressful this was.I asked for our options and expressed my confusion, I did not receive a response. Our wedding has passed and still no response from RC. For anyone that has booked/booking with Road Chef, if you’ve had a good experience I am happy for you. I wanted to share our experience because I do not want anyone to have to go through the stress we did or provide a deposit and not receive any service at all.

We catered my sons Wedding despite Covid-19 changing things. All I can say is one word “Awesome”...to the food, presentation, delivery, professionalism, quality, friendliness and above all ADAPTABILITY AND FLEXIBILITY. If you want perfection, this is where you will get it! Guests raves about everything starting with the appetizers, to the custom made creme brûlée!!!! You got 95 “10 out of 10’s” from this very happy group. Thank you for all the hard word and kindness!

Road Chef catered our wedding this past Saturday and I cannot recommend them enough! From the time we met with Nick, he made us feel like he cared about us, our wedding, and our guests. His goal is to make delicious food, and to ensure you (as the couple) are happy, and he delivered 100%. Getting married at a venue that requires you to bring everything in yourself is a bit nerve wracking, but Nick had it all covered. He took care of literally everything (even the small things you wouldn't think about) and made sure we didn't have to worry about a thing. Nick was at the venue the day before the wedding setting everything up. His staff was also amazing, friendly, professional, and efficient. The cooks, servers, and bartenders were all awesome and helped to make sure everything ran smoothly. As a vegan, I wanted to make sure we had good vegan options and Nick makes the best vegan food imaginable. His vegan arancini is incredible. I was told that the meat options at the wedding were also phenomenal. Nick was so accommodating and friendly and was always available to answer my many questions and ease my mind when necessary.His attention to detail and passion for cooking did not go unnoticed. We had multiple guests tell us it was the best wedding food they've ever had (and we agree)! Nick and Road Chef exceeded all of our expectations and we are so grateful we chose them to play such a huge role in our big day.

Without a doubt Nick delivered! We held our event at the Canadian Historical Aircraft Association in Windsor on Feb 12th 2019. With this being a airplane Hangar I was nervous about the food and service, as it was the middle of February and Nick was cooking for 140 outside in a food truck. But he did it and he did it very well, the food was amazing and hot. The service staff were prompt, dependable and friendly. they keep everyone happy. My husband and I had road chef cater our wedding in September and it was one of the best decisions about the wedding! Not only was the owners of this family run business super approachable and helpful but the food was outstanding! We keep getting compliments from our wedding guests saying it was the best wedding food that they've had.
