Great Food, excellent staff, cozy atmosphere 👍

Attended this place on spur of moment ... atmosphere ok very slow as this was 1hr before close ordered special of day pizza burger and fries... I was disappointed burger was ok but pizza topping.. too much peppers and something about sauce didn't agree.. fries looked great but we're dry.. was not great experience for me.. we will try again another time.. wait staff friendly

Food was decent, but service was atrocious. We had to wait 40 mins for staff to take our order, even after flagging them 3 times. This was beyond an understaffing issue as the waitress passed our table 5+ times while we waited. Overall we spent 2 hours to get a simple breakfast.

If I finish my coffee before someone even comes back to ask for my food order my food, somethig has gone VERY wrong.

The food was fine, but I didn't expect to be sitting there 15 minutes before I ordered and another 20 to get any of it. Particularly not when the order was a bowl of soup and simple sandwich.

Decor was a lot of 50s nostalgia, though the five TVs showing no signal on bright blue or static kind of ruined it (they were supposed to show Blue Hawaii, they had a dvd menu for a while before the dvd player went to sleep.

Food is terrible now. Prior to Covid the food was excellent. Been there twice last 2 months and will never go back. Over priced too

As I sit after 45 minutes of waiting for simple eggs toast and bacon. I watch as other poeple get served before me. Worst food and service I have ever had at a restaurant for breakfast!!

Really good burger! 2 of us both enjoyed our burgers, service was good considering only one wait staff was on shift. Bacon and egg special was also good, according to the rest of our party. Nice spot.

Nov 26 2024 Haven't been in a while. Not sure if they changed cooks or mgt. Ordered a cheese omelet hashbrowns and a pancake. Cheese omelet was brown, flat and overdone. The hashbrowns were from past days, dry and tough not crispy or fluffy and fried in old grease making them dark brown. The pancake was tough, dry and flavourless and even stale toast. Below terrible. Inedible - had to cook my own breakfast at home. Sub-par.

I was meeting a friend from out of town for dinner and chose the diner as the meeting place... Unfortunately when I arrived I found that it had started to close early, contrary to the information on the website that states it closes at 7:00pm. 😏

The atmosphere is very cool here!
The food was just ok but good for the price and the service was very friendly and helpful but not very fast.

Haven’t been in awhile thought we treat ourselves. Don’t order the turkey club sandwich it’s pathetic. It has one thin slice of lunch meat on it one paper thin slice of lettuce hardly any bacon. Tons of mayo. I never had a soggy club sandwich before.
The fries were under cook , my son had shepherds pie . Loads of potato and underneath this hamburger meat drenched in gravy looked disgusting
Definitely will not be returning.
The way prices are today go somewhere you know food is good.
Plus all tables were dirty pick a table waitress says. Hmm got one clean???
