Ordered three paneer kathi rolls. They told us it would take 15 minutes, but the food came after 30 minutes. That’s fine, they might have been busy, but when we had it, it was completely cold. If it took 30 minutes to prepare, how could it be cold? Not sure what kind of quality they are serving. This is the second time it has happened to us. If you are planning to visit, be prepared or choose something else.

I'm still fuming after my disastrous experience at Royal Pan. I went there to grab food for an Uber pickup, expecting a quick and convenient experience. But NOPE! They kept me waiting for 45 MINUTES for my order to be ready. Yes, you read that right - 45 MINUTES!
And to add insult to injury, I get out to my car and find a $90 PARKING TICKET on my windshield! Are you kidding me?! The customer service was ABYSMAL, and I'm convinced it's a deliberate attempt to drive customers away.
My advice? BOYCOTT Royal Pan Restaurant. The food might be okay, but the service and parking nightmare make it completely not worth it. One star isn't even enough for this dump. Avoid it like the plague!

I order paneer kathi roll from the royal paan few days ago from uber.. and paneer kathi roll ekdum v tasty ni tha alg e taste a rha tha.. then mai refund apply kia uber muje mila nhi.. then u call them and they said uh can come here and tke ur free roll nd they apologize… then i came here after 3-4 days.. aur ye mukar hi gye like who are you… worst service…

Hello I ordered Masala Dosa today in the afternoon. This time taste was not good at all. It was too salty dosa. Management team needs to take the action as they are known for their quality. I ordered several times from here but this time was not worth. There was too much salt in the dosa.

I ordered a samosa chat from Royal Pan and was extremely disappointed. I specifically requested extra curd and didn’t add any myself, but they didn’t put even a single drop of curd. The taste was very bland and dry because of that — it felt incomplete and not enjoyable at all. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place if they can’t follow simple instructions.
