We had an incredible experience at Salute last night! The food was top notch! Like nothing else in this area. The attention to detail in every dish is impressive. A creative drink menu, amazing food, perfect service AND live music! What more could we ask for?! Thank you Salute.😊

My wife and I were in Windsor, Ontario for a business trip and decided to stop at this restaurant, she was the one who picked it, and I’m so glad she did! The food was absolutely fantastic, perfectly prepared and full of flavor.
Our waitress, Alexis, truly made the experience even better. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. You can tell she really cares about her guests. she definitely deserves to be recognized for her great service!
We’re visiting from Vancouver, and this stop was one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommend this place to anyone passing through Windsor. we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!

Wow, what an evening at Salute! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was totally unique and the host greeted us with open arms. Every drink was a masterpiece, the food, absolutely delicious. On top of all that, the service was genuinely fantastic. This is a hidden gem in LaSalle that should be on your list!
Kawabune Fizz: 10/10 — the fruity flavour was so delicious.
Roasted Salmon: 8/10 — I wish the piece of salmon was bigger, but the dressings (pea puree, smashed chickpea, kale, red pepper, chimichurri) made it delectable.
Seasonal Cheesecake (Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake): 10/10 — I took this to go because I could not resist. Cherry and chocolate just go together; it was divine.
With 20% tip, I spent $75 CAD.
I was a solo diner tonight and the service was so so good. Will be returning.
Atmosphere was great. I can't wait for patio season! They have a great setup. The firecracker shrimp was delicious. The taste was perfect but the texture was even more satisfying, with crisp on tender. Service was great. I can see why it popular. The live entertainment was a nice touch on a Thursday.
2 people - we each got 1 cocktail and 1 regular coffee and shared 4 apps, 1 bread and one dessert - we asked to split the bill down the middle & it was $80 per person!!! I even asked if she was sure about the total being $160 and she said yes.
Absolutely stellar!! There is absolutely no way I will not be going back to try every single item on the menu. From the staff (Cody..fab espresso martini Sir!) to the ambiance, to the unique bevvy list (cool drink names!)..to the very last delicious bite === A+ (the tuna tartar is the best I've had..it beat Banff, Vancouver and the Dominican) The Baked Brie, V-Anna Meatballs & Chorizo Flatbread were also delicious. I already have my list for the next visit: Lobster Gnocchi, Pork Belly Tacos & Salmon Wellington!!! (and they list goes in!)

The garlic aioli was so good, 10/10 would go again just for it!

VERY small portions for a VERY large price. The atmosphere was nice, service was good, just WAY too expensive for what showed up on your plate. Will not return.

Really nice looking place, terrible wait times for drinks went there on Friday night . Was there for about two hours and only had two drinks each . Server mentioned bar being slammed which I totally understand drinks were delicious and really good when they arrived . Food is good but everything is covered with sweet jelly or balsamic glaze and as a chef I can say this is a sign of insecure head chef back in the kitchen or owner . Once I scrapped off jelly and the glaze the food flavor profile was actually great so maybe Lay off that stuff and let natural flavor come in because it was fantastic after removing all of it . Not sure if I will be back considering I'm getting drink per hour on a busy night but overall place has potential and there's tons of good tasting things on the menu .

This is about as close to fine dining as you will get in Lasalle. Nice wine and cocktail selection, and grab a few small plates to share. Great for a light meal and chit chat.
