Went to Sam’s for the first time today. His Okonomiyaki was amazing! We loved it in Japan when we lived there, and are so happy to find someone here who makes it so well. And we loved talking with Sam, so friendly, genuine, and interesting a person. 100% recommend, it was a truly special experience! ?
The wantan soup is hot and quite good ? The Chinese crape for vegetarian is crispy and healthy ? I love their food I want to try Okonomiyaki next time! The owner is also nice and kind
I've worked in Japan for five years and it is very hard to find Okonomiyaki (translation: things a Mother Likes) or Japanese Pancakes. So I was surprised to see a five star rated place selling Okonomiyaki. Sam makes it by the book and is very detailed with his cooking. He's a retired engineer! It was awesome and tasted just like the Okonomiyaki I had in Japan! Great food and it's nice talking to him while he makes the food right in front of you! Look forward...
