The atmosphere was definitely that of a local watering hole.
Our waitress was awesome.
The only reason this isn't a 5 is because it was not a hand pressed burger, but it was absolutely delicious

We have been to Sandy's a few times with great food and service every time. Their burgers are great and we LOVE their shoe string fries! I also love the fact they have Vernors available.

Ordered take out a few days ago. The burgers were pretty good and when we went to pick up, the lady was very friendly. The only disappointment was that it says pickle spears on the online menu, but when we called they didn't have any. Otherwise, everything was great!

I had terrible experience. We waited for food for over an hour. My friend ordered Greek salad with chicken. They served her small garden salad. After complaints she finally got her Greek salad. We waited for a bill long again. They charged us extra for fries and chicken on her salad. We asked in advance if there is additional charge and waiter said no. Over all food was just OK, service was terrible and restaurant small. I don’t recommend this place.

Hands-down the best french onion soup in the city & reasonably priced (and I consider myself a good judge as I have lived in France)

Main #1 — Club Sandwich
Loved the club sandwich itself (bacon was cooked to perfection)
Personally did not enjoy the McDonald’s-style fries (to each their own)

Main #2 — Pork Chops
Enjoyed the pork chop, it was cooked well and had great flavour
Grilled vegetables (carrot, celery, red bell pepper, mushroom) were tasty and cooked perfectly
Mashed potatoes were not good— hard and flavourless

Overall really enjoyed our dinner here

Went to check it out. Had a burger that was homemade and tasted great. The service was on point. Even with them being busy we waited a bit for food but everything was really good
