We sat at the bar, and as many bar-seated-dinners, it was perfect! The bartender was super friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the food... WOW!!!! We had brussel sprouts, mac n cheese, ribs, and the brisket burger.... 100'000/10 we will be back again and again! Thank you!!!!!

Had an amazing lunch with a buddy of mine, both of us have worked in the industry a long time and we were really impressed with the level of passion the owners and staff had towards everything they’re doing. We tried a little bit of everything to get our BBQ fix, something I rarely have where I live, and it all hit the spot. Ribs and burger were standouts but we really enjoyed it all. Got a tour of the smoker too which was a nice touch and given that they’ve only been open a short while you can tell with this crew that the sky’s the limit!

Sawyers Barbeque offers a delightful experience with their rich Root Beer Old Fashioned and local beer selections. Their Pulled Pork and Beef Brisket are tender, flavorful highlights that make every visit memorable!I found the Brussel sprouts a bit flavorless and the beans were extremely over salted. Worth a try for sure though.

We took to go because it was so busy. The service was great. Loud inside. Was not impressed with the smoke flavor. Just a hint of smoke. Corn bread was pretty good.

Be sure to get there early. We went at 7 and most things were gone. I got the brisket burger and it was very overdone and was not worth the price. The rest of our table got the pork butt sandwich due to lack of options and they said it was alright. Not sure if it’s worth the hype and price. May try again in the summer when there’s more space outside, it’s very noisy inside because of the small space.
All I can say is WOW excellent service, the food was to die for and the vibe was off the top. Can’t wait to eat at Sawyers again.

We've been to Sawyer's a few times now and the food has been amazing every time. When we dined in the service was great, it was a busy time and during our dinner we had 3 different wait staff check in on us to see if we needed anything, which was great. Also the washrooms were nice and clean. Highly recommend Sawyer's for a night out and good food.
Overall I could tell the food was prepared with care. I ordered the pork butt sandwich and cole slaw for lunch pick up. Sandwich $14, Coleslaw $5, w tax and tip totalled $24- yikes.The Sandwich was warm and soft and super fresh. They cooked that pork right, very tender, flavorful. The yellow bun fresh as can be, delish. But The sandwich needed a crunch. Slaw and pickles on it would have sent this to a 5 star $14 sandwich.Individual Cole slaw was a nice portion size, great cuts on the vegetables, good creaminess, and super fresh. It needed an acid- an apple cider or red wine vinegar. It needed seasoning.No napkins given in the bag. And a barbecue side sauce offering for a sandwich dip ? would turned it up a couple more notches too. Good bbq pork though. Thx.
