V.pricey and small portions. The poutine and shawarmas are stuffed with fries. Is meat and salad that much expensive that they have to stuff shawarmas with fries........

Their foods are excellent. But their drive thru is one of the worst i had experience several time that their drive thru kiosk not works well . “ they all ways please come to the window for order because they can’t listen due to traffic if some one waiting on drive thru that means you have to wait after them to order and wait again for food preparation. So don’t use drive thru unless you’re willing to waste your time in drive thru

Mainly writing this review for the incredibly hardworking staff and extended service that I received yesterday on National Shawarma Day. It was clear the restaurant was slammed from orders - basically half off their regular sandwich. It was my first time trying Shelby's... it's pretty gimmicky as far as restaurants go... but the staff was working their BUTTS OFF with every member of the team doing their best to fulfill orders and going above and beyond to provide service. Well done crew!
