Meat portion for price for the bowl is definitely low. But overall good food

I got chicken wrap.. smells like they used re used oil… bitter taste… please keep quality , staff behaved very rude…teach em how to give gd customer service…

Food is always available 😋, But everybody have to wait atleast 15-20mins for your turn. Moreover parking also little bit low compared to other restaurants.

Crispy shawarma had nothing to do with crispness !! Why do I have to get frustrated when going to this place based on their advertisement !

Update: 2026 quality keeps going down and down, avoid this place.

Edit Summer 2025: Seems the quality is slowly going down each time I go which is unfortunate. The rice was dry and old last time I went.

Shellbys has always been one of my favourites, and I used to have it regularly. I tried it again after a year, and the quality felt very different this time. Every sauce on the shawarma and the shawarma rice bowl tasted mostly sour, and the overall flavour just wasn’t there. It was okay, but it didn’t have the premium taste I remember.
The service was also a bit slow. They might have been busy with orders, but the time management didn’t feel sharp today.
Overall, it was an average experience this time, which was surprising considering how much I used to enjoy their food.
