I had to pick up an order for uber eats that they accepted. Went there and the store was closed, the nonchalant employee was inside and ignored me when I was knocking on the door trying to talk to him. Not even an apology for this inconvenience, had to drive 12 km round trip for nothing.

Walked in 10 min before closing they still served me nicely. Got a normal chicken shawarma it was cooked well and tasted good. Only downside was they put very little sauce. Aside from that it was good. Don’t cheap out on sauce and it’ll be a 5 star review

Completely unprofessional and unhygienic. The person who seemed to be in charge was on his phone while making food, and my order had been sitting cold and untouched on a shelf the entire time. I had one of the worst experiences at this location.

I placed an order online and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. The person at the speaker told me to pull up, so I did — and then I sat there for 20 minutes with no service. At one point, someone even came to the window just to grab some headphones, saw me sitting there, and walked away without saying a word.

Eventually, I gave up and went inside, only to be told that I was supposed to pick up my order inside. Really? Why not mention that at the speaker or at least acknowledge me at the window instead of leaving me waiting with no explanation?

This place clearly has no respect for customers’ time or food safety. I will not be coming back.

Good portions, good taste, disappointed on the beef quality, good late working hours, the temperature on the different ingredients was not even. Some meat pieces were cold.
