Simon’s Prime Hamburger

First time visiting Simon’s Prime Hamburger.Definitely worth a trip.The hamburger was cooked just right and was very tasty.I also really enjoyed their fries.Better burger than most fast food restaurants.

Just had Pulled pork poutine ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE NO GRAVY TO FRIES RATIO! EAST INDIANS making Canadian STAPLE FOOD stick to what you know BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR YEARS NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO SIMON'S SAD USED 2 BE 1 OF THE BEST PLACES TO EAT POUTINE I'VE TRIED GARBAGE NOW!

ordered a burger the other day and when i went to grab some of my french fries i put the fries in my mouth and bit down on a staple only recovered half of the staple from my mouth and when i went in to the employees the customer service was horrible they gave me 4 dallors back for my french and keep in mind I was scared to finish eating my meal due to me not finding the rest of the staple I could have swallowed the other half or could have been in the rest of my food

Went here after a long day of fishing and it was awesome. Service was great and food was amazing. If you love burgers. This place is the place for you! Ordered the bacon double cheese and wow! No shortage if bacon! Highly recommend.

Me and my brother in law came in and I was absolutely blown away amazing the staff was great and the burger was cooked to perfection I was very happy my brother in law is from the states so I wanted to impress him and I did so thank you for that absolutely will be back and definitely recommend

First time there and it is Saturday night during dinner. There were more workers (3) then customers. I ordered a "Mozza Burger" and "Double-Sized" as per the recommendation. As I just completed my order and paid, I watched another worker make a cardinal grilling sin (piercing the Burgers with thongs - that release all of the amazing flavours and juices). I honestly wanted to just cancel my order at that point. I watched another worker cook (deep-fry) the fresh cut fries. I understand that they want to process the order efficiently, but there was no one else there waiting. Another worker loaded my bun with the requested fresh toppings and sauces. Once everything was done, it was wrapped and put in the bag to take home. I got home and ate. The bun didn't seem very fresh, and was only 2 to 3 bites it began to crumble and sadly fall apart. The fries were terrible. Way under-cooked and cold. I had to put them in to my own air fryer to bring them back to life and finish cooking. So disappointed as I had heard good things and drove by here over a dozen times. I will stick to making my own at this price. Please do better.
