Simon's Prime Hamburgers

Tasty freshly-prepared burgers with an array of free toppings. They load you up with fresh fries. My favourite burgers are the Big Greek Burger, Bacon Egg'r Burger, and the Bacon, Mushroom, and Swiss Burger (get the gravy sauce on that one). The Pulled Pork Poutine is a meal or two or three. I don't know how they are able to close the container.

Parking: Access is tight as are the parking spaces. Depending on the time of day, you may have to walk about 60 or so feet.

If I were to evaluate the taste accurately, I think there was too much ketchup in the sauce. I think if you just adjust that, it will make delicious poutine.

Got my fries wrong and didn't want to do anything to fix it.

I came in with my daughter and ordered the single burger combo with an additional Cajun fries. The Cajun fries seasoning was not hitting right and when I asked the young man behind the counter to make us a regular fries to replace the Cajun fries he did so, after consulting with the other employees. The service provided by Bhautik, Pathik, and Vandan was top notch, as they understood that the fries seasoning wasn't to our liking (it was quite bitter) and they provided us with great service to make the order right ??. Thanks for the solid service gentlemen ????????

Fries are excellent! Burger on point as well,the gravy they serve on the poutine is boiling hot ,they need to lower the temp.Probably the best pulled porc sandwich in town.

When they first opened this place was awesome. Now all I get are unseasoned soggy fries. Overcooked and unseasoned beef patties. I just had a Greek burger and tasted like sawdust. My wife and I both couldn't finish our burgers or our soggy raw fries. This has place has made the never again list. Like how do you mess up burgers?
