I had a fantastic experience at Simply Thai in Windsor! The food was delicious and authentic, but what truly made the evening special was the service. A big thanks to our server, Bianka. Her hospitality was top-notch—she was attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home from the moment we sat down. It’s rare to find service that is both professional and so genuinely warm. I'm a pretty fussy eater and do not like spicy foods but my husband loves spicy foods and restaurants like this. A co-worker suggest I try this one as I can create my own plate so I caved, which really made my husband happy, lol and we went out to dinner there. Well I have a new favourite place. It is very quaint but done nicely and very clean, the food is excellent but mostly the service, it is incredible and I can't say enough about that, they are a great team and no matter which server we had, she was fantastic. i love picking my own ingredients and making it as non spicy as I like while my husband gets to have his spicy choices. I don't know who owns this place but great job on picking the staff and the menu. Your staff is rocking it.

This is the third time we have had bad take out. Simple chicken pad Thai. Very dry and barely any chicken. No sauce on the side in the bag as ordered and it came with sprouts when we asked for none. How can it be so good when you dine in and so bad when you get take out. Third strike. Sorry, you’re out.

The only reason it is not a 1 Star is because the waitress was very nice! This may have been the only time I have left a restaurant before receiving my food. We eat at Thai restaurants across North America, never had I had such a poor Fresh Roll. Very simple to make, but it seems like they took a bag salad from the grocery store and placed it into a roll. All you could taste was lettuce. No visible cucumber, no tofu, no cilantro, no sprouts, and they were charging $8.50 for 2 rolls. The peanut sauce taste like they took peanut butter and just added some other flavors. I did not want to chance our main dishes being so poorly made so we left and drove 20 minutes to Pho Windsor, which was so appetizing!

The best! I get this restaurant so often as I truly love it so much, the make your own stir fry is normally what I go for but I’ve tried so many items - the lettuce wraps, the soups, the chicken wings, the summer rolls to name a few. Highly recommend!

Drinks took 25 minutes to show up at the table after ordering, as we had to ask for them. Food took 55 minutes to come to the table, even though the restaurant was quiet. Pad Thai was bland and very dry, although i asked for 2 chillis. (Noodles were still white.). We sent the dish back to the kitchen and the dish came back swimming in sauce and still not spicy. Very disappointing. Other dishes at the table were also lacklustre. It’s not the simply Thai of years past.
