Good enough, free parking. Kids will enjoy definitely. Lots of options and varieties. Wonderful customer service. Nice location. Milk shakes and soft serves are available. Ice cream cakes are available. Benches are outside the store to sit and eat. High tables available in store to stand and eat no chairs. No public washrooms. Clean store. Kid scoop is big for me. Check pictures all are kid scoop.

I absolutely love it! I got some ice cream and saw Chase from paw patrol 🐾

Kid-friendliness: I saw a picture that said come and see paw patrol’s Chase! At slinky’s ice cream shop. So I went to slinky’s and saw Chase.

Amazing when a family of 4 walk in and are skipped TWICE when we clearly were standing right in front of the people working. I guess the fake tan and hair dye sink deep into the skull.

Now people make mistakes but they at least apologize. No apology.

The Dole whip is excellent! The flavour changes weekly. Had the mango and strawberry twist. 2 scoop hard ice cream was a very generous portion.

Today I had an incident where I came in with my 5 year old. I ordered three ice creams one to go a twist for me and an ice cream in a cup for my daughter. I always order the same order for my husband to go which is the 3 scoops and toppings. So I explained to the young lady that I always get the same order for my husband and you usually put it in a tray for me etc. Instantly I didn’t enjoy her tone. She says “ you know I can’t add the toppings on here with a cup on top as a lid”. So instead of her suggesting another option to make it easier for the customer, I said well add the toppings in another cup then which she then proceeded to do.

My next order was a small twist for me after my daughter. So while she handed me the twist I noticed the ice cream wasn’t as sturdy in the cone as it should be but I thought make give it a second. My daughter wanted a taste of mine so i barely bent down to give her a taste and the ice cream fell on the floor. I then completely apologized to the employee about the mess that occurred and then without anything she left the cash made another twist and basically shoved the ice cream cone into cup because I can tell she was annoyed.

It’s probably a bad day for her but she should
Leave her annoyance at home coming into a workplace.
