Smoke's Poutinerie Windsor

I ordered poutine with cheese and bacon no gravy, was nice. Girlfriend ordered chicken gravy poutine, gravy was actually just grease and cheap spice, tasted revolting and could not be eaten by either of us. Used the rest room once and as soon as I walked in it smelt like a sewage facility that was carpet bombed by an entire continents worth of human waste and then set on fire and urinated on to put the same flames out. my food 3/5, gf's food 0/5. service 3/5, establishment's cleanliness -1000/5

Best place for fried curds ? great food in general! A bit pricey but worth every penny! Food is prepared quickly I live 5 mins away and from the time I placed my order I wasn’t even out of my front door when I was notified my food was ready!

I didn't eat there cause as soon as I entered the establishment it reeked of sewage so there was an off-putting smell to begin with. I don't know if it's an issue with the establishment itself, or the city of Windsor since I've gone to another restaurant along the West University Avenue and it reeked of sewage as well.

I also recall to have gone to another Smoke's Poutinerie at another city and the Windsor location seems to have their sizes really downsized and the price is outrageous. I immediately walked out.

Ordered a popcorn chicken poutine. Got undercooked poutine with a few tiny chicken nuggets sprinkled on top (the nuggets taste not good like it's no even actual chicken...) for $15. Insane. Never coming back.

Always closed early.. the hours show 11 PM but your doors locked at 10:40. How does the company think of you ruining the franchise name with this lazy behaviour?

I’ve been wanting to try Smoke’s for a long time but unfortunately I was disappointed. The biggest thing was the cheese curds. They weren’t melted and tasted like rubber. The gravy was watery and the fries were soggy. Service was friendly though. I was excited and then disappointed.

Respectfully, do yourself a favor and walk around the block to Frenchy's Poutinery. Smoke’s poutine was nasty the cheese curds were rubbery, didn’t melt, and the fries were very soggy.

Yummiest poutine in Windsor! Very friendly staff and good service. I got the shawarma poutine and it was heavenly! An amazing mix of flavours. It’s not just shawerma chicken on poutine, they add a shawarma specific sauce that blends so well with the gravy. You can also ask to add pickles which go so well with the shawarma poutine.
You’re able to customize your poutine to your preference.
Definitely recommend! 10/10

During my stay in Detroit, we decided to take a trip over to Windsor, ON…We found this place called Smoke’s Poutinerie. I myself have never tried such a thing but my coworker. The staff were friendly, place was clean and the food was good!! Will definitely come again

Ordered online and they forgot part of my order. They called as soon as they realized and sent a coworker to deliver the missing items plus extra - beyond above service! Great taste like always!
