We had food ordered for our church Christmas banquet today and it was absolutely delicious! The food never disappoints and it's always consistent. I especially loved the penne with the mushrooms and blush sauce.

We had a reservation for 7:45pm for 6 people and dd not get seated until 8:20pm. Our main food course didn’t get served until 9:20pm and I have never had to send a meal back. I honestly couldn’t eat it. I ordered the in house gnocchi noodles and they were rubbery and there were so many onions in my dish - probably a whole onion chopped up and they weren’t cooked so they were very crunchy. Probably 10 pieces of onion per bite so disgusting that I couldn’t stop laughing lol. They did compensate my meal and gave us complementary shots and desserts but probably because I had to wait another hour to get my other meal, I ordered the stuffed shells with four cheeses and at least they were pretty good.

20 minute wait for a reservation made days in advance. Was hung up on twice when called ahead of time to inquire about parking and possible wait times. I understand it gets busy but customer service should have higher standards. Unfortunately, not a positive experience. However, the food is still decent and the service from Keighn was very redeeming.

Not their best. Ordered the Linguini alle Vongole. Tasted like they just opened a jar of crushed Tomatoes and poured it over the pasta. It had no flavour even after I requested extra garlicy. The Vongole were very tough and chewy. This is actually not the first time the food has been disappointing. I have ordered this dish many times from the Erie Street loction and it has never disappointed. Erie Street is still one of our favourate. However, probably won't be returning to Dougall...Sorry

Absolutely amazing food and atmosphere. We went out for dinner as a family to celebrate 2 recent Birthdays. We arrived at 5:30 but making online reservations is a must as later in the evening it became so busy. We all ordered pasta which was delicious and smelled amazing. Tell your server you have a Birthday and they bring you out a sparkler with a tiramisu piece of cake. Excellent service and food it’s a must try for sure.

Came tonight for. A Birthday party. One of our guest wasn't a fan of what they ordered. Staff picked up on it and manager came over offered to comp the meal and sent her home with another entree he was sure she was going to like. Will be coming back !
