We had food ordered for our church Christmas banquet today and it was absolutely delicious! The food never disappoints and it's always consistent. I especially loved the penne with the mushrooms and blush sauce.
We had a reservation for 7:45pm for 6 people and dd not get seated until 8:20pm. Our main food course didn’t get served until 9:20pm and I have never had to send a meal back. I honestly couldn’t eat it. I ordered the in house gnocchi noodles and they were rubbery and there were so many onions in my dish - probably a whole onion chopped up and they weren’t cooked so they were very crunchy. Probably 10 pieces of onion per bite so disgusting that I couldn’t stop laughing...
20 minute wait for a reservation made days in advance. Was hung up on twice when called ahead of time to inquire about parking and possible wait times. I understand it gets busy but customer service should have higher standards. Unfortunately, not a positive experience. However, the food is still decent and the service from Keighn was very redeeming.
