The Caesar salad was excellent, however the spaghetti carbonara was OFF. This is the only way to describe it. It had a distinctive horrible taste. I had a friend taste as well to be sure it wasn’t me. It could have been just this one time however it turned me off of ordering ever ordering it from Spago again. I love carbonara sauce when I’m feeling indulgent as I did that evening. 😔

We booked our wedding dinner here and the Manager Matteo was extremely accommodating and friendly. The food was phenominal, and I was surprised at how amazing the service was considering we had a large group. We had such an amazing experience we returned the very next weekend to celebrate valentine's day and were treated very well. We will be back again, thank you!

I was told how great the food was here. Personally , I thought it was horrible. Sauce tasted like they add vinegar to it. Calamari says lightly breaded. No. Heavily breaded. You don’t put hersheys chocolate out of a bottle on tiramisu dessert. I don’t see me ever going to eat there again.

This place is absolutely phenomenal! If it’s the unbelievable food, cocktails crafted with love, or the good price for what you get, this place had little to no flaws. Coming in to the fancy vibe and everyone dressed nice, i thought my wallet was gonna take a hit. Turns out i can spend the same amount of money at any other low class restaurant. The atmosphere of the place is great, with a very Italian high class feel. Our server Dawn was lovely and very professional, which is very hard to find these days. Note that you do NOT get Caesars rewards points for eating here, we went in to our meal thinking so and when we found out that’s not the case it put a damper on our night. Overall this is some of the best food I’ve had in a very long time, and I felt rich eating it. Couldn’t be happier with my experience, and I will definitely be back!

My wife and I enjoyed our visit last night. Atmosphere was pleasant and our server friendly and very helpful with the menu. Our meals were everything we expected and more.
We spend the weekend at the hotel. 2 nights reservation. Our server Roshan was excellent!!! All his recommendations was spot on! Food and price wise was really good.

We had reservations and ate at Spago before the Pat Benatar concert. It took over an hour to get our meal. The veal was tough and we had to keep asking for bread Etc. The service was not like it has been in the past. This is the first time I've had a bad meal at that restaurant and I was very disappointed. Not sure if I will chance going back.
