Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House Windsor

Went there with 3 friends at 12 noon on a Sunday with no reservations. Place was packed but they said about a 15-20 minute wait. They were pretty true to their word. Waitress was quick to approach us (sorry I didn't get her name). Ordered our food and did not wait long at all for our food to be ready. Food was phenomenal! Each of us ordered different things and there was not one complaint. Highly recommend.

Service was fast and the staff were friendly! Food was excellent!! Didn’t have to wait for a table but started to get really busy with long wait times after 30 mins of sitting

Our utensils were dirty. Server brought us new ones but they were also dirty. They had food and finger prints on them. When we complained the owner blamed his staff and said he would give them an extra 5 mins to make sure they are clean. He didn’t seem to really care. It was a terrible experience. I was sick for 2 days from eating there. I won’t go back. This was at the saint john, Lancaster location.

I’ve been here countless times and every time the food and service has been exceptional. All of their dishes are good, but one of my favourites is definitely their western omelette!

If they ask if you want whipped cream on your pancakes, yes, you do!

I very much enjoy the food here ! They have so many options and the pancakes are so fluffy!

The best time to come is early in the morning, in my opinion. Later times are usually busier.

They don't take reservations.

My friend and I just left this restaurant and wanted to commend the young Anar and our waitress. They both went above and beyond to make us feel welcome throughout our entire visit. The food was exceptional as well. We will definitely be back again.
