Obviously due to their location being that they are located inside a bookstore, the overall quality and service is subpar.The staff is always rushed because of the line up of customers. Quality is okay, but the atmosphere is busy and being able to get a desk to relax is

Got my first pumpkin spice latte of the season. Huge lineup, almost always. The drink was pretty good. Little sweet but not the baristas fault. I like this location. I go here often. There is one time I went when I got horrible service and a terribly made drink right at close, but only once did that happen.Kid-friendliness: It's a mall, this location is inside a chapter's indigo. My order was served wrong, which I get happens. But when I addressed the issue that that's not what I ordered the girl rolled her eyes, grabbed my drink and fixed it. Gave the right drink back to me but still didn't say a word. Very unprofessional. The attitude was very uncalled for

I don’t appreciate hearing the employees while standing at the cash complaining about the extra “$680 the other stores are making in tips with the prompt tip on debit”. It seems unprofessional to speak about your wages and tips so openly at cash and so loudly while customers are waiting for drinks to be made.
