I usually visit this Starbucks in the mornings and the morning team always does an exceptional job. The drinks are prepared to perfection, especially thanks to Elijah, who always makes sure my drink is just the way I like it. Additionally the place is always clean and organized, which I really appreciate.
I’ve noticed a slight difference in the afternoons as the service at that time doesn’t always reach the same level. While I understand everyone can have busy days, I think the experience could be more consistent throughout the day. However, overall, I highly recommend this Starbucks, especially in the mornings.

This Starbucks is by far the best. The atmosphere of this location is very welcoming. Every time I walk in or out they welcome me or say goodbye. The baristas are super friendly and make great drinks. Ive also had them give free samples here several times. One thing that stuck out to me was one the male baristas even knew sign language to communicate with an older couple and it was very wholesome. Additionally, I find it the perfect place to study and quiter than other Starbucks in the area (music wise). Overall, great place to go!

I recently just ordered a strawberry acai with lemonade and peach juice. Tell me why on top of the eight dollars that I spent on the drink they couldn’t even fill it up to the top? Half of my drink was ice so I had a delightful taste of water and açai. #WheresTheStrawberries and they gave me the bare minimum of strawberries because there were seeds floating in my drink. Roundhouse truly fell off because tell me why when I opened the bag of my grilled cheese I was delighted to see that the CHEESE on my grilled CHEESE sandwich was at the bottom of the bag so I then had to flip the cheese on top of the sandwich to complete the grilled cheese sandwich. DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just waited at register to order a drink, breakfast sandwich and a muffin and was ignored. Never even acknowledged. I walked out. Very poor service.

Damn... I can't hear my husband talking. The staff here is so loud. 45 minutes till closing and the staff are behaving extremely unprofessional. They're basically behaving like they're drunks. Two of their friends walked in and the volume went from loud to the next intense level of loud. The staff are hideous and should be reprimanded by head quarters. I have a headache from sitting inside. The staff is so obnoxious.

Staff need a check Very rude I've worked in customer service a long time, and I've never seen a CSR that rude Asked to load the balance, and she said she couldn't because we used a gift card to pay some of the bill. That's a first. Also, my coffee cinnamon swirl cake was ice cold when I asked for it to be warmed up. Someone in the passenger seat at the drive through was vaping with the window open and the smoke left literally out the window not even going near the drive through but since she saw the vape she said rudly "you can't vape here" what kind of Starbucks Customer service is this This place is a joke. I'd rather go to the one across the street, thanks.
Went thru the drive thru and was served by the sweetest person. Eli was friendly and super nice. Besides going back for the drinks I will go back for the friendly service from Eli.

Banjo's gotta go! She's very rude, ignores customers to socialize with her friends and family. I get same cup of coffee everyday and she is the only one who can't make it right. It's literally undrinkable! I thought maybe ill try drive throu.... nope shes hanging out window talking to her freinds. As cars are lined up around building! She doesn't care at all about customer service! I will change my review once she's gone. To rest of staff your amazing! Everyone else deserves 5 star plus. ☆☆☆☆☆+I'm sure her ignorance is making it hard on the other staff as they have to work twice as hard for her to visit her friends.

Super friendly staff! Sounded like we were BFFs when I first started to place my order LOL! I always ask for light ice frappuccinos and some locations don’t give much less ice or they forget that step, but this frapp is PERFECT? I love it when the bottom of the drink is all melty and the top is icy and that’s exactly how it is.. so tasty and just how I like it. They also put super fun friendly doodles on my cup ! ✨
