Waited for 30 mins in the drive thru after ordering on the mobile app. Ridiculous service. Only two cars ahead of me. Not acceptable for customers on work breaks. I would rather drive farther for a better drink at another Starbucks location as well.

I usually visit this Starbucks in the mornings and the morning team always does an exceptional job. The drinks are prepared to perfection, especially thanks to Elijah, who always makes sure my drink is just the way I like it. Additionally the place is always clean and organized, which I really appreciate.
I’ve noticed a slight difference in the afternoons as the service at that time doesn’t always reach the same level. While I understand everyone can have busy days, I think the experience could be more consistent throughout the day. However, overall, I highly recommend this Starbucks, especially in the mornings.

This Starbucks is by far the best. The atmosphere of this location is very welcoming. Every time I walk in or out they welcome me or say goodbye. The baristas are super friendly and make great drinks. Ive also had them give free samples here several times. One thing that stuck out to me was one the male baristas even knew sign language to communicate with an older couple and it was very wholesome. Additionally, I find it the perfect place to study and quiter than other Starbucks in the area (music wise). Overall, great place to go!
I recently just ordered a strawberry acai with lemonade and peach juice. Tell me why on top of the eight dollars that I spent on the drink they couldn’t even fill it up to the top? Half of my drink was ice so I had a delightful taste of water and açai. #WheresTheStrawberries and they gave me the bare minimum of strawberries because there were seeds floating in my drink. Roundhouse truly fell off because tell me why when I opened the bag of my grilled cheese I was delighted to see that the CHEESE on my grilled CHEESE sandwich was at the bottom of the bag so I then had to flip the cheese on top of the sandwich to complete the grilled cheese sandwich. DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just waited at register to order a drink, breakfast sandwich and a muffin and was ignored. Never even acknowledged. I walked out. Very poor service.

Damn... I can't hear my husband talking. The staff here is so loud. 45 minutes till closing and the staff are behaving extremely unprofessional. They're basically behaving like they're drunks. Two of their friends walked in and the volume went from loud to the next intense level of loud. The staff are hideous and should be reprimanded by head quarters. I have a headache from sitting inside. The staff is so obnoxious.
