I went to this location today and had a wonderful experience. I was greeted as soon as I stepped inside, was offered a new product that I haven't tried before (sugar free caramel protein), they asked me what my name was and how my day was going and then made sure to say goodbye on my way out. I will be back again!

Visited the Starbucks on Walker Rd, Windsor and had a very disappointing experience. Despite giving clear and proper instructions, my order was still messed up. On top of that, the staff attitude felt unwelcoming and uncomfortable, with looks and behavior that made me feel out of place.
Customer service here seriously needs improvement.
In contrast, the Huron Church Rd Starbucks is far better—more welcoming, attentive, and professional. The difference is night and day.
I’d recommend choosing the Huron Church location instead.

There is hair on my cookie crumble frappuccino. Found it on the bottom of the straw cause i was trying to eat the frap chips. My drink wasnt made right either, no whip cream on the bottom
