One of my favourite things to do at Starbucks is ask the employee to surprise me with a drink. I think it's such a fun pick me up activity to do. Today I went to this Starbucks on Walker and I asked them to surprise me with a drink, I was so excited. When I got to the window I paid for my drink, which turned out to be a cold brew with milk. If I wanted a cold brew with milk I would have went to Tim Hortons. I'm very disappointed. Will not be going back.

I was completely ignored by Chris and Mel while waiting at the front of their line. Chris continued to take my order incorrectly (i asked and paid for a venti and was given a grande) and when i asked Mel about it she scoffed at me and added water to my iced tea lemonade and added it to a venti cup while i watched.

Lady was super impatient, wasn’t even busy we were the only car in the whole drive thru and completely messed up our orders giving us totally different drinks and food. never going back #
