The service is usually very good but today when I went in after I ordered my mobile order, I was waiting for my food and it was just sitting on the counter ready because the employee didn’t want to walk back-and-forth to the counter while he’s making other orders, very disappointed, very irritated

Worst wait times ever experienced at any Starbucks. All Starbucks have horrible wait times but this one specifically is dreadful. 20+ minutes for one coffee. Drive thru also moves at a snails pace. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Corporate should shut this location down.

It’s Starbucks - atmosphere speaks for itself. I enjoy the iced beverages, they’re coffees not so much. Espresso drinks are always on point

I placed a mobile order and went through the drive-thru to pick up three coffees today. I asked for a small amount of milk on the side in a separate cup, just in case the coffee tasted a bit too strong.
When I arrived, Sam told me they would have to charge for the milk. I asked if even a little bit of milk would be charged, and she said they could only give a tiny amount, which I agreed to.

However, while preparing the order, she looked visibly annoyed, shook her head, and acted very unfriendly. My request was simple and reasonable, yet her attitude made the whole experience uncomfortable.

Starbucks has always been a place I truly enjoyed and trusted, but because of Sam’s behavior, it has suddenly become a place I feel hesitant to visit. I’m really disappointed.

I hope the store can remind staff to communicate more professionally and treat customers with respect.

You know what, Starbucks should probably close this store first.
Very bad customer service. The employee acted like she was doing me a favour and looked so pissed off.

Coming to the drink — Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino. By the way, this is my regular drink, so I know exactly how it tastes. But here, when I ordered it, all I could taste was coffee. I’d rather buy a plain cold coffee instead of this.

It was filled with so much crushed ice that I literally couldn’t even sip my drink — all I could find was ice. I’ll be uploading pictures — it’s not even blended properly. All the chocolate or java chips literally settled down like a mold. They take 3–5 minutes to serve a car, but for what? No use at all.

Also, there are wasps all around the drive-thru window. You can’t even take your order properly because of that. Poor maintenance overall.

I don’t know if they’re really like this or just being rude, but I’m never coming back to this Starbucks again. This is the fourth bad experience I’ve had here. The first two times I ignored it thinking it was a mistake, but not anymore.

I always go to the Huron Church Starbucks and get my order right every time. But whenever I come to this Tecumseh one, it’s just a waste of money because of their poor work.

Every time I get my drink it comes out different. I’ve been a regular for 5 years at this store and I get the same drink every time. Like how does this happen lol

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a large coffee but the cup was almost half empty. It feels like I paid for something I didn’t actually get. This is unacceptable for a brand like Starbucks. Definitely not happy with the service. I spoke with the supervisor, but he didn’t do anything.

Always a great team of people at this location, but the downfall is that in the warm seasons you will be accompanied by a surplus of bees🐝 inside of the restaurant. It’s unfortunate that people have to work and come order in that kind environment all day. Hopefully that’s something that can be taken care of soon for the sake of the people.

Mobile orders are garbage at this location, I waited 20mins for my coffee this morning. Bad business the whole drive thru went thru twice, walk in orders 4 came and went. Online said order would be ready 7 min wait 8:22. I was last served and 10 min added.
