Always a great team of people at this location, but the downfall is that in the warm seasons you will be accompanied by a surplus of beesđ inside of the restaurant. Itâs unfortunate that people have to work and come order in that kind environment all day. Hopefully thatâs something that can be taken care of soon for the sake of the people.

Mobile orders are garbage at this location, I waited 20mins for my coffee this morning. Bad business the whole drive thru went thru twice, walk in orders 4 came and went. Online said order would be ready 7 min wait 8:22. I was last served and 10 min added.

such a poor service.. we ordered two venti caramel macchiato coffee and asked the employee for 1 napkin and he didnât give. we waited there for atleast 5 min and asked again but he behaved like he didnât listen.. and coffee was without sugar .. like seriously⊠such a bad employee with poor service .. we faced this situation twice at this starbucks.then we -asked again for napkin but he again didnât respond, that was so bad. we are paying for the coffee not getting for free, he should learn some manners .. he simply can say no .. bad behaviour

Today I went to try the new summer berry drink for the first time. The supervisor Adam took my order and I ordered the drink and I asked to be made with coconut milk and he rudely answered me and said itâs called Summer Skies if itâs made with coconut milk. I didnât know itâs called summer skies because this was my first time trying it. Then I looked over the counter and the drink was full of ice, barely any drink so I asked if she can do light ice the girl gave me the nastiest side eye and another girl interfered and said well next time just ask for it when you are ordering, she was saying with an attitude. Then when I received my drink there was barely any ice. I was really disappointed with the service I received. Mind you this is the second time I have a bad experience with Adam. Couple months ago I went to Starbucks and I asked to reload my Starbucks card with $50 the girl was new and she didnât know how to do it and I ended up losing $50 and he trying to blame my bank when I called my bank. They said Starbucks took the money and they canât do anything about it so I ended up losing $50 and he was not cooperating and he wasnât a very good supervisor. It is very sad to say but they need to hire a better management team whenever I go there when heâs on duty the girls who are working there. They do a terrible job and they all have nasty attitude.

Just went here on Christmas Eve. Online it says theyâre open till 8pm, which is their holiday hours. I got to the drive thru at 7:20pm and they were âclosedâalready. There were still workers inside who completely ignored me, even tho they me saw at the window. They shouldnât be allowed to close a whole HOUR early and than proceed to IGNORE customers. They should at the very least, have the decency to say something to me instead of having me waiting for them to respond at the intercom. Not impressed! I understand itâs Xmas eve and everyone wants to go home BUT if you have special âHolidayâ hours maybe follow them or adjust them to when the workers actually want to go home!

We ordered two drinks and waited 15 minutes. The first time I went up after three other people who ordered after us were served. I was told that they were very busy and it will be soon. The excuse was that there was only one person at the espresso bar. After 15 minutes of waiting I went up a second time. One drink was sent to the drive through and the other drink was never made. There was never an apology only we are trying our best. They were not that busy. They managed to make the second drink in less than a minute. Won't be spending money at that location again.

I didnât want to leave a review but I decided to because this has happened several times now that it is starting to become a problem. I ordered a grande matcha latte and another drink which was the PSL. I went back home and take a sip of my drink and it feels like my cup is literally half empty I open to check and my drink is half full? My boyfriendâs drink .. same thing? Why are you charging so much money for a drink that you are barely pouring any in? Itâs ridiculous and a waste of my money. When I go to the Starbucks in the United States, or any food or beverage chain for that matter, they make sure to give you what you are paying for. Iâm pretty pissed that I paid almost 20 bucks for drinks that are half full. Unacceptable
