Just went here on Christmas Eve. Online it says they’re open till 8pm, which is their holiday hours. I got to the drive thru at 7:20pm and they were “closed”already. There were still workers inside who completely ignored me, even tho they me saw at the window. They shouldn’t be allowed to close a whole HOUR early and than proceed to IGNORE customers. They should at the very least, have the decency to say something to me instead of having me waiting for them to respond at the intercom. Not impressed! I understand it’s Xmas eve and everyone wants to go home BUT if you have special “Holiday” hours maybe follow them or adjust them to when the workers actually want to go home!

We ordered two drinks and waited 15 minutes. The first time I went up after three other people who ordered after us were served. I was told that they were very busy and it will be soon. The excuse was that there was only one person at the espresso bar. After 15 minutes of waiting I went up a second time. One drink was sent to the drive through and the other drink was never made. There was never an apology only we are trying our best. They were not that busy. They managed to make the second drink in less than a minute. Won't be spending money at that location again.

I didn’t want to leave a review but I decided to because this has happened several times now that it is starting to become a problem. I ordered a grande matcha latte and another drink which was the PSL. I went back home and take a sip of my drink and it feels like my cup is literally half empty I open to check and my drink is half full? My boyfriend’s drink .. same thing? Why are you charging so much money for a drink that you are barely pouring any in? It’s ridiculous and a waste of my money. When I go to the Starbucks in the United States, or any food or beverage chain for that matter, they make sure to give you what you are paying for. I’m pretty pissed that I paid almost 20 bucks for drinks that are half full. Unacceptable

My fav place to go for a delicious drink and pastry... I NEVER got to Tim hortons anymore because they take everything I love off the menu.... hot apple cider(bye) starbucks = caramel apple spice with whip mmmm. No apple cinnamon tea bag at tims but I can have a Apple crisp non dairy chai at Starbucks and be happier than at tims. Thank you for always doing better. Will always be a startbucks snob 100 percent

I've always a fun of starbucks. I even worked as a barista from a long time ago that's why I do have idea the great quality of starucks coffee. I just don't understand that this specific store always gave me a super blended coffee Frappuccino that always served to me like a very watery Frappuccino that is supposed to be a blended ice Frappuccino. I'm always disappointed everytime I received my Frappuccino here. Last weekend they give a small whipped cream on the top of my drink. It's crazy. This store needs an improvement of the quality of their drink especially the FRAPPUCINO drinks. I wish I can share a photo of the drink that I got last Sunday here.

Today I ordered my usual chi Tea latte venti. When the drive through attendant passed it through the window to me the lid came off and the cup was soft and caved in. The drive thru attendant asked if I was ok as it almost spilt while I placed it in the cup holder. Drove to work not even 5 mins away went to grab the cup and again it caved in spilling all over my shorts and all Omer the seat of my car, car door and floor. I immediately went back to the buisness. And naturally I’m pissed. So I’m agitated. Right away two of the workers give me attitude. Well that sent me over the rooof. No I’m sorry nothing were you hurt nothing. What horrible customer service. I will have my car cleaned and this Starbucks can pay for the bill. This is unacceptable customer service at its worst
