Baristas there always have a bad attitude, they don’t smile or greet customers. Just what can I get you with the most uninterested look on their face possible. I have experienced this numerous times and today I told myself I’m never going back. They always mess up my drinks ( nicely request something cold , they gave me a hot drink instead ) I personally hate confrontation so I just accept it and leave. Ask for extra caramel, they give you the smallest amount as though you were begging for it. So if you were hoping to have a pleasant time while grabbing stay clear of this establishment.
Attitude of some workers really bad. The breakfast wraps are awful😖 Staff are more concerned about drive-thru customers.The tables always look dirty and not a relaxing experience. Tim Hortons has just gained a new customer

I had my birthday drink ordered and they had cafe closed but still accepting orders online. I work right next door and STAFF (CHLOE) suggested me to grab a car and get into queue because it shows on my app that drink is ready but it's was not.
