Well the enshitification of Starbucks must have begun. It’s all downhill from here. I gave the person my order (I asked for no foam) and was given a drink that was 1/4 foam 1/2 ice and 1/4 liquid. I came back around and asked for my drink to be remade with no foam. I was told by the person making my drink that she made the drink right, I was the one who ordered wrong. Long story short she didn’t make me a new drink. 15 years ago I was sent home early from my shift at this exact Starbucks for less. It’s a $8 drink, the only reason Starbucks was successful was their top tier customer service. At this point people might as well go to Tim Hortons.

It's been so disappointing when staff doesThis i was in the Drive through today at 8:27 i know store close at 8:30 i thought it still has couple minute so i can order one drink by drive through but first the staff was working insideIgnore me and didn't speak on the order speaker after waiting couple minutes i pull to the pickup Windsor i can see them serving other customer in store so i wait their but they just ignore me so they don't have to take my order. Didn't even take effort to come to window and just say sorry we close. Big time disappointed with Starbucks staff at this location. I even stand at the window till 8:41 and write this review and hoping they might come and i don't have to put this review but unfortunately they don't want to take Any effort not even just to say that we are closed i know it's not Starbucks it's the staff who work at this time, i hope manager should look into this.

Oh my goodness I bought 4Lager black coffee ,and they all only had half cup of coffee so , if like that,then why I don’t pay for small coffee price, buy the smaller coffee why I buy lager coffee,that’s very bad, if any one else wants to buy Starbucks again please take a look,before you go, just in case like I get this half cup coffee again, very bad experience I never had before

Been here few times, and all those times was a bad experience and for my specialty drink they put half ice in my medium, not to mention that the manager is snooty. I will go the extra distance to get better Service for now on….

I’m usually very particular when going to Starbucks but I was pleasantly surprised with the great service here.This young woman named Sydney was very patient with my order. Turns out she was the manager. She even offered to make me another drink after I didn’t like my first one. Always had a smile on her face which a lot of people lack in service these days.Great employees. Thank you for a lovely experience5 stars.

Well trained staff by Starbucks. Your coffee and and brownie is JUST $12.60.My usual coffee order was ok.As is usual with most fast food/coffee places with a drive thru the emphasis is on the drive thru clients.Used napkins behind seat cushions, paper bits and stuff on the floor.Wifi painfully slow even though nobody else in location. I came in to book a hotel and have a coffee, but Internet made it a bit of an ordeal.Designated Starbucks parking spots directly in front of door are a good thing for quick in and out.Overall not bad for a gas station Starbucks in Windsor I guess.
