From my observation after numerous hours inside the store; the two managers I think Jan and Cecilia very professional they lead by example and they are very professional. I like how Jan always has an up beat attitude and he’s always smiling and creating a positive environment. The team work really well and are one force behind Starbucks. Overall amazing store this one and corporate should look into Jan and Cecilia. Sometimes I see Cecilia picking up plates and doing things that makes you realize she doesn’t see her self above anyone.

I’m a regular customer who comes here every morning, and usually, the drinks are great. However, recently my Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso didn’t taste right. Even before tasting, I could tell the color was off — much lighter than usual. It also didn’t have that strong coffee flavor I always enjoy. I didn’t have time to go back and ask for a remake, so I wanted to leave a note here. I hope the consistency can be improved because I really like this drink and stop by almost every day.

I have order Starbucks a lot and honestly this was really disappointing. Granted I usually order extra ice (I love lots of ice) and this time I forgot, but even if I were to ice it to the heavens, or add full milk and make it a latte, it would not be enough. It’s nothing on the staff it’s most likely just corporate. Staff even offered to remake after I asked if this was four shots, but would it be any different since they said that this is correct?
This is my favourite order and I have ordered it at many locations, even without extra ice, but never has it looked like this. I have even ordered this at this location. I understand the cup not being full because I’m not ordering a latte or a shaken expresso (which for a venti still only has 4 shots) but this was not even half. The cup is tilted so it looks like more than what it actually was. I went home and added a bunch of ice to make sure I’m not being irrational. However, even when there was more ice to coffee ratio, the cup was still wayyyy under. I understand that hot expresso poured over ice melts it but there was still a good amount of ice in the cup so it’s not like there wasn’t enough ice to melt.

Imagine waiting 20 mins in the drive thru for a coffee, its ridiculous. They used to be so efficient but waiting 20 mins is absurd. Its been happening alot since the past few months.

This place means a lot to me. At times my orders take a bit too long but I don’t mind it because the baristas are always nice and the music is great. I love coming here after getting groceries.
Everything is always delicious but when I order uber and can’t specify less ice, I don’t know if it’s how they’re supposed to make it or if someone just makes them badly but half the time, my drinks will be like 1/2 ice - pretty disappointing. 😢

The purple haired lady is so rude she was so rude on my birthday and denied my free drink. Bad attitude and did not even crack a smile. We approached her with NOTHING but respect and just because she was having a bad day, she decided to put that on every one else’s happiness. Shame on her!
