Imagine waiting 20 mins in the drive thru for a coffee, its ridiculous. They used to be so efficient but waiting 20 mins is absurd. Its been happening alot since the past few months.

Great experience with well trained staff
This place means a lot to me. At times my orders take a bit too long but I don’t mind it because the baristas are always nice and the music is great. I love coming here after getting groceries.

Great customer service and nice staff
Everything is always delicious but when I order uber and can’t specify less ice, I don’t know if it’s how they’re supposed to make it or if someone just makes them badly but half the time, my drinks will be like 1/2 ice - pretty disappointing. 😢

Friendly staff and quality products
The purple haired lady is so rude she was so rude on my birthday and denied my free drink. Bad attitude and did not even crack a smile. We approached her with NOTHING but respect and just because she was having a bad day, she decided to put that on every one else’s happiness. Shame on her!

I get Starbucks every day and have been for years but the man who just made my pink drink at 9:09pm made the best pink drink I’ve ever had and now I’m just gonna go to this one

While in the area, I needed a cup of water to take with medication. It was around 8pm, and as I normally do, I went into the drive through and asked for a cup of tap water. To which I was told that “This establishment does not do that anymore without purchase”. I had purchased a coffee from this exact location during the day, and I didn’t want another at 8pm. I told the barista that I had purchased a beverage not even 5 hours prior, and I could prove the purchase with the Starbucks App. To which she responded it is only to be ordered with the coffee at the time of purchase. The store was not at all busy. I was the only car in the drive through. And I had gone to this location confidently many times before for tap water. From what I am aware of: all establishments must provide tap water within the Province of Ontario. I hope this barista felt fulfilled in denying me water in an empty restaurant, a good deed could’ve gone a long way. Will not return.

I visited this Starbucks location on December 31st around 6 PM with my friends. I don't live in the area, but I wanted to take my friends out for a nice experience. When my friend started ordering, the girl taking the order seemed really annoyed. She didn’t smile or make eye contact, and once the order was done, she just told us where to collect our coffee without any warmth. Initially, I thought she might be having a bad day and didn’t mention anything.
We spent some time there finishing our drinks. While waiting, I noticed that she greeted other customers with a smile, creating that welcoming Starbucks vibe we all know. This area has a large student population from the University of Windsor, and many residents are brown people like myself. I felt really hurt and singled out by her different treatment towards us. It killed the whole vibe for us and made us feel like we weren’t welcome or didn’t belong.
Feeling bothered by this, I decided to confront her before leaving. When I approached the counter again, she thought I was going to order and once more responded without a greeting or smile, just a curt “What do you want?” I asked her politely why she seemed annoyed when we placed our order earlier. She immediately smiled and denied any such behavior. She wasn’t wearing a name badge but had a tattoo on her neck and green colour on hair. It's really sad to be treated this way because of our background. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that no one else has to feel unwelcome in the future.

I love Starbucks drinks, especially Mochas. However, today I decided to go with a Chai latte, and it was a bit sweet for me. When I informed them, they just remade a new one for me with less shots of chai (which makes it sweet), free of charge.
