Went to Starbucks in LaSalle today (January 8th) around 3 PM. The drive through was a tad slow, but have seen worse. I ordered the new chocolate pistachio drink and it was made to perfection! The lady in the drive through was so nice and funny! Asked if I had tried the drink before, and seemed genuinely happy to serve me. wish I would have caught her name. Blondish hair, and her apron was black, not green. I am not usually a Starbucks drinker, but will be back to this location !

The customer service at this Starbucks is truly amazing. Earlier today I ordered Starbucks to pick up on my way to class. I order on the Starbucks app. I have this location and the one on Huron Tecumseh saved. My brain was scattered this morning, missing turns and when I showed up to the Huron Tecumseh location by the university I noticed my order was not there. I checked my order to see if I had put the wrong location, sure enough I did. I then called the Lasalle location to inform them of my mistake, apologizing, and said I just wanted to let them know I will not be getting the order because I am across town. I was ready to accept my loss as this was my fault. To my surprise they offered to call the Starbucks on Huron Tecumseh who graciously made my order for me. This truly made my day, they did not have to do this as this was my error. I really do appreciate the above and beyond service from the staff. Even when having a bad day small actions like these can really help make your day.

Visited Oct 5th 8:20am Waited 19 minutes in the drive thru with 3 cars ahead of us. Once we got to the window we had to wait an additional 5 minutes. I ordered a grande iced latte that should not have taken that long even when I had gotten to the window.
I wanted to give a shout out to LadyJen at this location. She provided amazing customer service today. She was cheerful, funny and professional at the same time. My Pink drink was perfect and my dog loved her pup cup 😊
