Starbucks customer service has always been one of my favorites until I had an issue trying to figure out how to use the app 2 days in a row.The first day, the man at the til just walked away from me when I was trying to figure out how to use the app and was trying to show him my phone thinking he would’ve helped, instead I literally stood at the til for a few minutes by myself with no help and then finally one of the barista come over and took my order.Day 2. After the staff made me feel so embarrassed for not knowing what I was doing the first day, I tried working the app at home.Thinking I had it right I unfortunately got it wrong again, and instead of helping after I got my phone from my car the barista grabbed a manager who instead of showing me proper ways to use the app just told me I should have known the order was not placed property because instead of me thinking that your order will be ready in 3 to 6 minutes was a sign that the order is placed there should’ve been a second confirmation.The demeaning and sarcastic way she spoke to me when she could’ve just kindly shown me what I was doing, and the steps to get there would have gone a long way.Thankfully, the gentleman that ended up making my drink was so sweet and kind and I wish I got his name to give him a shout out here.

I’ve lived in the area for 10+ years. On multiple occasions I have brought dogs through to grab coffee, sit outside etc. Today I popped in with my bully to grab my mobile order. One of the workers confronted me and mentioned if she wasn’t a service dog she’s not allowed in the establishment. First of all, you’re not suppose to ask if a dog is a service dog, it puts someone on the spot and can make someone feel very uncomfortable. Secondly, I was in the middle of grabbing my mobile order and was leaving. As I’ve said, I’ve been here multiple times with other dogs (retrievers/ frenchies), her as a puppy even and no one has ever said a thing to me. It might be because she’s a bully breed, 60lb and had a choke collar on? Either way, we weren’t sitting down. Rant over. Won’t be returning to this location.

Ordered an iced gingerbread latte through the drive through. First, I got it in a tall cup when I got a grande. It got “remade” and when I got it back it was watered down and had little to no ice.

They continue to get my drink wrong every single time I have to come here. I’ve even got them to remake it and it still is not done right. And they have long wait times even if drinks were ordered

Me and my friends came and I usually always have a good time and they always make it so good but today wasn’t the case. We ordered our drinks and I got a frozen mango dragonfruit lemonade which looked nothing like it did on the menu and half of the drink was just a refresher and the other half was foamy. My friend ordered the vanilla bean Frappuccino with dragonfruit (something like that) and she always gets it but today she didn’t like it because it tasted different and it was watery with only a little bit of whipped cream like the tiniest bit and the whipped cream was nowhere near the top and it didn’t even fill up the width of the drink because we saw spaces of the whipped cream so I don’t know what to say I might come back again because I always did and it was always so good so I’m gonna come back again to determine if it was just a mistake.

Wow. Sadly I wasnt able to catch the young ladies name who had made my order, but she was super fast and very professional. Starbucks LaSalle was great today.Ordered house blend coffee, was delicious, hot and served quickly.I also find Starbucks is always clean and a peacful atmosphere.Parking always seems to be an Issue tho, super busy area, limited space and small parking spots
