I got a coffee, and it was cold. Not good at all. Bad experience with Starbucks. Also bought a strawberry açai, which was more than half ice. Not worth all the money.

Loved it, very quick service and friendly staff. I ordered my drink and started shopping other things, but one of the servers found me in Zeher’s and gave my drink. He went above and beyond for me.

The service here was quite good. The young lady handling my order was quick making my order even though I had quite a few drinks. Pleasantly surprised with my experience despite the bad reviews. Only complaint I have is that they didn't have a display for gift cards.

Absolutely disgusting. I open the egg bites I just bought 5 seconds ago and there are literal pube-like hairs on the food. How?? Does this happen?? Extremely poor hygiene by the employees at this Starbucks. I circled where the other pieces of hair are on the second egg bite. Not only on just one, but both are contaminated. I have never seen anything like this before from a food service. It’s disappointing that I even have to write this review but I want to save other people from experiencing something like this. They only offered to remake it but I just wanted my money back because that’s absolutely appalling. I am surprised they don’t immediately offer gift cards as compensation for something as disgusting as this. Pathetic.

This is probably the worst Starbucks in Windsor Essex. PLEASE STAY Away from this location... I've given them the benefit of the doubt with poorly made drinks, and I hope their head office knows how awfully managed it is at the zehrs on Malden. I've never had an issue with any other location locally, and honestly even if I speak to management I don't think anything will be done. Absolutely brutal for the price we pay for their drinks vs the half full cup we end up with? What a joke. I hope they shut it down as there's another far more superior location down the road. Zero stars

we've been twice so far and the first time was alright - the young woman made our drinks well. the second time was a nightmare. the guy starts taking our order, and during the middle of it stops to turn to his coworker and chats for about 15 seconds about something unrelated, and then turns back to finish off our order. from there, he has no clue what to write on the cups, and makes my boyfriend's drink wrong THREE TIMES.first time, he gives the wrong kind of milk with whipped cream (asked for none), second time he gets the milk choice right, but there's still whipped cream on it. the third time we just gave up and took the drink even though the frappuccino was way too watery because we couldn't bother to wait any longer - it still had a spray of whipped cream on the top.it took the guy 20 minutes to make two drinks (one of which had to be remade three times). the whole time they were talking to each other which would've been fine if they could at least get the order right.this is literally the most terrible starbucks i've ever ordered from and the workers clearly have not been trained enough (besides the first girl) because they have no clue what they're doing.

I am very disappointed with this Starbucks service. My boyfriend and I were just here and placed a simple order. The lady working messed up our first order which was a pumpkin cream cold brew. The worker began pouring in vanilla so he simply inquired if this was the pumpkin drink he ordered. She realized she made an error so then restarted to make the correct drink (which ended up tasting like black coffee). When she went to go make the other drink we noticed she gave him the wrong size. He mentioned the error again and then she remade a new one. As she went to go hand the drinks to him she pushed the tray over the edge of the counter resulting in the drink going all over his shoes. I am shocked that we received such horrible, blatant service. We thought going to this Starbucks would be a convenience since we were already here but we really should've just gone to the other one down the street to receive top quality service in a timely manner. I don't foresee how this place will survive when they have another successful Starbucks just a few minutes away.
