Never had a bad experience before really I love subway. But I got my delivery order per usual and got the wrong drink. Sure no issue. So I called to hopefully get it all figured out. They picked up the phone I said my issue and it’s like they already knew what i was calling for. It’s okay if you’re out of something I’ve been to subways where they have been out of something I’ve ordered before on delivery but they have always called and they asked what I wanted instead over the phone. The bag also was not closed and sealed properly like it should be for delivery. Very disappointing.

Never ever order here. Workers are incapable of understanding and very rude. I highly recommend going to another Subway even if it's a little far away. Not worth it. Health inspection should also be done. The veggies and quality of stuff is disgusting.

Ordered online. Mentioned to toast and grill the sandwich. Upon arrival, my order was ready to pickup. When I reached home and opened my sandwiches, none was toasted and grilled. Terrible experience.

The staff are so rude and impolite. Ordered to pickup and the bread was so hard that I could hardly bite. This is in the morning at 9:30 am. And when I went to pickup, the staff hardly had the patience to even listen. They just walked away.

Ordered one footlong subway online for pickup and mentioned what I want and they hardly added any sauces and other items and not grilled. Upon calling staff (especially one man) is being rude to customer and hanging up the call by saying they can’t help customers on call.
