I literally drive to the Subway further from my house to get subs because the bread here is ROCK HARD (I don’t get it toasted).. the older women is rude & shouldn’t be in customer service! FIX YOUR DAMN BREAD ISSUE!! The amount of dry/hard bread that came off my NON TOASTED sub is just ridiculous!!

I had a terrible experience at this Subway, not once but twice. The staff, especially the girl working there, was extremely rude. I specifically asked for my sandwich to be cut in half, but she didn’t bother to do it. On top of that, they don’t grill the sandwiches here, and when I mentioned that other Subway outlets do, she rudely told me to go find another outlet if I wanted it grilled. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Customer service is key, and this location is severely lacking it. I won’t be coming back

The most outrageous bunch of staff here. Very rude to a specific set of people, was very mean and rude to my friends and me. Avoid coming here if you are brown. Using same gloves for veg and non veg subs, behaving rudely, worst made sub, I ordered online and chose to grill it and he denied saying we can't grill as we only grill wraps you can go to other store. I am not able to understand if you don't grill why the hell subway app is asking to grill it? Why the other stores are grilling it? Even a lot of times the same store grill the sub.

I ordered from the offer buy one get one free and some how it didn’t reveal on my receipt, and what’s more the one sandwich I got was a total mess , not cut in half as requested, and everything was smashed out. Above all, the restaurant staff was very impolite. Not gonna come back there if starving!
