I drove all the way to this location because is said it was open until 1am it was 12 when i got here and the store was fully closed lights off no person in sight. Subway was my go to eating place and now im really disappointed.

I’ve always gone to this location with no issue until recently. After contacting the manager/owner she replaced the meal for free and literally went out of her way for me. I will continue to go there. My sincerest appreciation.

I got the wrong bread and it was hard as a rock. It had olives in it and I'm allergic to them.. there's no signs of chicken in it and I ordered a chicken sub. Instead of cucumber I got pickles in it. Like I spent 19$ for 1 footlong and I get this and when I tried to call the store.. no one answered like 5 times... worst experience .

Below average service. Staff was not interested in making sandwich properly, wasnt even crowded at a time, may be at end of shift or something. Hardly put anything on sandwich despite of request. Bread was not heated enough. Taste was ok for but sandwich topings were very few. compare to what I get at other places.
Vegetarian options: Have vegetarian sub but not recommended at this location as staff put very few toping in veges which taste like you eating only toasted bread with sauce.

Drove here 20 minutes prior to closing time and it was disappointing to find closed doors with open sign turned on and employee almost ignoring customer knocking on door. Three of us were here at 1:10 am

Not a welcoming service and worker treats like we are there to eat for free.The employee was not even replying back instead just waving heads. She was a short girl.The way she wrapped the subs all things spilled out. Not a customer service we expect from Subway

I thoroughly love the subway. The bread is always fresh. The lady that always works. There is always there with a smile and my sub is always on point. I suggest this location on Howard, which seems to be idea if you want a quick sandwich that’s fresh!!

November 4th 2023. I went into this subway and wanted to purchase a sub, a black haired short girl was very very rude. I asked for habenaro jack cheese and she said they didn’t have any. I asked if she could check and she brought it out because she is lazy and lied so she didn’t have to get any from the back. She was rushing me for the rest of the order. The sandwich table was dirty and all the topping bins were empty. DO NOT GO HERE, DRIVE THE 3 MINUTES AND GO TO THE ONE ON MCDOUGALL BY THE CCH. MUCH BETTER SERVICE.
