Owner/ Manager!!! Please learn or should get train your self first before starting or managing any store. If you don’t know how to care about the customers just shut your store. (29th Sep - 1:00 PM ) I ordered a footlong for a pickup and it was like 10-15 min so after I got frustrated I just genuinely asked the lady like did you receive the order name on me and have you made it? And instantly, that lady started shouting at me in her native language and insulting me in front of other customers. I just kept my patience at that time as she worked there alone and I didn’t want to be rude and reply back with insults to her so I sat for another 10 minutes for my order and then I left

00 service level. Front counter lady doesn't even know how to behave with customers. She is very rude with us in front of all the customer. If owner doesn't know to handle the store then sell it. She spoke bad language to us.

Elderly lady in front on me in line was asked about beverage. She asked options and was told that she could purchase from the cooler. She replied that it was to much fluids for her and declined. They rang her up for a bottled beverage, she paid, then upon reviewing her receipt, noticed the charge, and asked for a refund of the beverage. Was told refund not possible, as no manager present. I inquired as to when manager was in, as this was lunch time (12:15p), and told never in store unless emergency. Lady was upset but left - with no drink. I won't visit here again. Poor business management!

Customer service of this place is 0. I visited the subway this morning and there was a lady working and she was extremely rude and was not even well trained to prepare the food and to deliver the customer service. That lady spoiled my morning. I will never suggest anyone to go there.

Probably the worst subway I have been to. You order cookies and you might be getting yesterday's cookies depending on who is working. Meatball sub not even hot, like the warmer for them is off. Want to use the washroom? Probably not available, I thought restaurants had to have working bathrooms? Go somewhere else this place is terrible.

Let your employees know how to greet customers and how to behave with customers. I don’t know what’s her name but I was there on 14th feb around 5:45. And she ask me for my sandwich and when i ask her to toast it she said toaster isn’t working then i said ok then i dnt want sandwich. And she replied me very rudely that”you should have to read instructions on door ” let you employees know and treat them well for greeting. Well I complained as well so your inspector or supervisor will surely teach you for that.
