Today we just visit this subway. There were 3 employees. No greeting , were waiting somebody can take order but there were busy to talking . They didnt saw we were waiting . Disgusting behaviour..

I ordered five sandwiches through Uber Eats—four of one kind and one of another—but all five arrived exactly the same.

One of the advantages of Subway is being able to choose your own sauces and vegetables, but none of my choices were reflected in the order.

Also, the drinks were placed in a tray but not secured, so I ended up having to carry them in my bag to avoid spilling.

I ordered five Coke Zero drinks, but four of them arrived as Cherry Coke Zero instead.

If this place wasn’t close to my workplace, I wouldn’t order from here again.

I ordered an 8 footlong sub online through the application.

However, when I went for the pick up the order employee said the store does not have enough material to fulfill the order and hence, I have to cancel the order.

The application status for the order was updated picked up already and now my card is charged for 93 CAD.

No help provided by the store as I also called once for the refund.

Online requests are not considered and just said that your issue is resolved without my refund.

Do not order online in this store, they are just stealing our money.

Asked for extra cheese, got charged for double, and still got the normal amount, which was basically nothing. The guy making it clearly didn't care to work there. You could tell he was just rushing through it. Waste of money

Not having all food available for all subs is a very disappointing, and shows inefficiency and unproductiveness among employees but more importantly the lack of competence of ownership.
If you want customers you better look in the mirror on why people don't come back when these issues show up.

Went into store 1/25/25. The tall man was extremely rude. Didn't know how to even slice the bun. Destroyed the half he tried to give me but I said no. He asked what do you want? I ordered a #5 -sandwich. I said a #5, you should know what to put on it. I am a senior and it was as if he was making fun of me. This person should not be working in this store. I have never been treated like that by any other employee and I go in quite often. Very, very bad service.

Place is great but it depends on who you get if you're using app ordering, my orders been messed up more and more as of recently. Usually at least once every week or so something is wrong.
Picture below was how my dippers came today. It was completely flat, not rolled up at all, there was only one of them. It also didn’t come with the dipping sauce.

They’re very quick and nice to correct mistakes when you bring it up, but basic orders being messed up so often is rough

I don't recommend going to this location. I had placed an order via skip the dishes and they were saying it's not showing up in the system.. Which doesn't make sense because the order was accepted and was being made as I tracked the progress through the skip app. To make things short I had to contact skip to get a refund. I requested to speak to a manager at this location and was told they aren't in so I left my number and it's been a few days and no callback. Poor customer service all around.
