Literally the most stingy subway in the city, employees are rude, they wear airpods while you are ordering, which results in them not hearing what your asking for. My recommendation is never spend your hard earned dollar at this subway, better off driving an extra few minutes, at least then you'll get something worth your money. 1/5 stars, hope they close.

REVIEW DOESN’T ALLOW PICTURES ANYMORE. Have a picture of my sub with 4 pieces of salami and pepperoni total on it(2 and 2). Paid for a sandwich that was made like there wasn’t enough supplies left. Wouldn’t waste a lunch break here again . Wish they would allow pictures so you can see how disappointing this really is.

It was really disappointing and disgusting experience. The tables were dirty, the employee was rude, food was old. I went there, Bcoz it was on my way. It was a bad decision to go there. 1) The moment i walk into the restaurant, felt unwelcome by the employee, she was really rude, when we order sub for my wife and I, she made the sandwich half the way with bad expression( didn’t even explain everything, didn’t give a smile) it’s like she was in rush, didn’t even gave us proper time to think. She has no manner how to talk with customers or how to work at food chain. It is really unhygienic if you wouldn’t wear a cap or Atlas a hair net while working with food. After done eating, my wife ask for bunch of tissue paper, so that we can clean the mess which we made, so that no one else should get the dirty table as we got. She didn’t gave enough of it so i went to buy some, but then she started teaching me what comes with sub what shouldn’t. And started arguing in front of other customer. Even after discussion when i went to washroom to wash my hand she started bitching about me to her co-worker even knowing my wife standing in-front of them. This is a food restaurant where people go to eat not to make their mood off. She should really learn how to talk, listen and behave with customer. Bcoz customer comes first. 2) the food was really old, the bread was hard to chew, it seems like it was left over from previous day. The spinach was old and mussy. If you wanna waste your money please do go there, Bcoz it it really bad experience for us. Waste of money and waste of time. Zero food quality with rude and zero customer service skilled employee( the one without cap or hair net)

I have visited there and they even not greeted me. And a gujarati slim girl who is not even listening to what I am saying. I was saying green pepper and she is adding lettuce. Not talking properly and not even giving attention. Very bad experience.

The best subway I have ever been to. There is a girl (Alashdeep). She is very welcoming and she genuinely adds every thing (veggies and sauces) and was yummy. She also gives us advice as to what goes best with the sub you order if you’re confused.

Absolutely the WORST Subway restaurant (Dougall Ave. near Walmart) I have ever had to deal with!!
Their app doesn't work for their BOGO sub deals, so you end up paying full price for them, and no one there knows how to rectify it - what a scam!! When you bring this issue to their Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager they do NOTHING about it!! No partial reimbursement, free sub on the next visit - NOTHING!!
Good customer service means nothing to them!! Take your business elsewhere!!
