I have visited there and they even not greeted me. And a gujarati slim girl who is not even listening to what I am saying. I was saying green pepper and she is adding lettuce. Not talking properly and not even giving attention. Very bad experience.

The best subway I have ever been to. There is a girl (Alashdeep). She is very welcoming and she genuinely adds every thing (veggies and sauces) and was yummy. She also gives us advice as to what goes best with the sub you order if you’re confused.

Absolutely the WORST Subway restaurant (Dougall Ave. near Walmart) I have ever had to deal with!!

Their app doesn't work for their BOGO sub deals, so you end up paying full price for them, and no one there knows how to rectify it - what a scam!! When you bring this issue to their Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager they do NOTHING about it!! No partial reimbursement, free sub on the next visit - NOTHING!!

Good customer service means nothing to them!! Take your business elsewhere!!

Ordered in the restaurant, asked for spinach, server only gave like 5 dried out leaves on a footling. Had to similarly ask for more of all the veggies. Wasn't unique to 1 server, because I overheard a different server doing the same thing to another customer. Bread also seemed stale. Makes me think management is behind this customer treatment. What a shame.

I ordered a salad here and, unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The vegetables didn’t taste fresh, and the tomatoes were mushy. Adding chicken wasn’t worth it either, as the portion was shockingly small—just a few crumbs of protein on top. I also had to repeatedly ask for more veggies to make the salad even remotely satisfying. While I understand that food prices and ingredient costs are high, the portion size was underwhelming—essentially a sprinkle of lettuce and a few pieces of each ingredient. It felt far from worth the price.

Service lady do not lessen what you order, talking with friends. Cutting portions of ingredients, beef. Just be careful what you order.

Worst service. Guy who served us was arrogant didn’t greet us neither served us well. I think that boy needs to be trained again on etiquettes and how to serve customers.
