Ordered through skip as my day was behind and I had a time limit. Decided to just send whatever they wanted instead of my order. With a hand written note saying sorry. Didn't call and ask if I wanted substitutions and refuse to give me any $ back. Then when I call im told they can't understand me so they dont have to listen to their mistakes. Do better. If your out of something dont just pick something else. Someone could have allergies or hell a preference. The time it took you to write a note you could have called the customer and then the entire order would have been canceled and refunded at the time with 0 issues.

I forgot to get her name but there was only one person working (like two minutes ago), she was very lovely and personable throughout the entire experience! Food is exactly what you expect it to be, nothing more, nothing less

Ordered our lunches from Subway, always good, but went to the shop to take delivery and refuge from the sun. Comfortable and allowed us to work on the next couple of exercises with class while enjoying Subway’s food and hospitality.

Not friendly, cheap on toppings, don’t honour coupons, advertise for deals not available. Will not go back again after many bad experiences.

I don’t know if it’s the owner but he’s very rude. Doesn’t changed his gloves after touching meat.
Service here sucks. The staff is foreign and doesn’t speak English well. I had a promo on the app for a deal and the app wasn’t working and they refused to enter the code to give me the deal. They apparently don’t honour their own app. He then told me to call customer service to get help and their number wasn’t working. Never had this problem at other locations. They just suck here.
Nice building however the rice bowl steak and avacado was not good.

More rice than anything else barely any chicken, but I kept asking him for more tomatoes. He added a slice at a time empty couldn’t get the employee to add more than a few cucumbers and tomatoes

I would like to express how amazing the service and store looked this morning (Aug 1st @ 9:23am)...I have never seen a better looking showcase before and 066 ( I hope that's an employee number) was so hospitable. If I was still managing a Tim Hortons I would try to steal her. Don't see customer service like that very often, I hope she is appreciated for all that she does
